Their promotional campaign is a Lie. Its not full labour charge free for all items. They sent me sms also saying Labour charge free but did not mention that its for selected items only. When i calculate the gold per gram for that day at 168500 pre pawn a 6.71g item is 141,000 something but the price the said was 172000 that almost 31K difference and they said there was no labour change for this item so are they charging 31000 just for wastage? or are they misleading the customer by adding the labour change in there as well coz 31K for wastage is a scam i think. When you are going please make sure you calculate the pricing and their charges before you buy from then and any gold dealer coz some have very high prices for no reason. Wasted my time going there.
