As far as never giving up and always researching.. always finding new ways etc..i've just discovered that i am the female version of you David. There's more 👇 I'm constantly researching.. Absolutely..I agree 100% In the last few weeks.. I slipped back to the old ways as a result of physical stress..and as a result of the physical stress..i wasn't able to walk.. so I kept asking myself over and over.. what did I do differently from starting your teachings to now..and as I explained at the start..in regards to the physical injury..i worked out that I didn't continue to programme your info in. I just assumed that once i felt good consistantly..i must've understood it well enough to retain it.. and therefore didn't need to continue with it every single day. I was wrong.. It's like working out any muscle in the body. First the nutrition and then the workout. It has to become a consistantly practiced ritual. What happens when you don't hydrate.. you die..it's the same principal as a car without fuel in the tank. Since nursing the physical injury.. I have used the down time to fuel the tank back up and we're off.. 💃
...and as it all just downloads into your freaking head, you begin to notice a warm, tingling sensation stretching from the nearest part of your subconscious into your left middle toe, radiating outward with a slow, rhythmic motion, as all of the knowledge, all of the process, all of the corrective energy begins to course through your body and your mind muscle-by-muscle and synapse-by-synapse as it radiates and undulates from that point of connectedness at the tip of your left middle toe, where the cognition of your other-than-conscious mind begins to sort it into the appropriate places for your recollection... ...you're welcome.

I wonder about the concept that we create our own sicknesses mentally. The very fact that we obsess over wanting to be better, have a certain mate, procreate, control others, etc. makes us sick when we can't or won't. Perhaps it's the whole system that is sick. The answer may not be to figure how to get what you want, but to want less.
