Whoa, whoa, whoa there. You have a SECOND channel? I've been sitting here like a chump waiting for more MJR content and there's a whole other channel out there?
I guess Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a trick to get back into an instagram account..? I stupidly lost my password. I love any help you can offer me
@Kendrick Elliott I really appreciate your reply. I found the site through google and Im trying it out now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Mark got hit with HUNDREDS of copyright claims/strikes when RUclips changed it algorithms a few years ago and it really discouraged him. He didn't seem to ever recover unfortunately.
@@MetalJesusRocks That's upsetting. His channel was one of my favorites. You could tell he legitimately enjoyed the games was reviewing because of his boundless enthusiasm, and he had a great sense of humor.
@@SunChipss Yes. But to screw over viewers who got him to where he is.. that’s just straight up screwed up. His ego went to him. Instead of screwing over people he should’ve made a video to all his loyal viewers telling them he no longer wanted to do CGR. I have no issue with him wanting to pursue a new path, I would support any one in that pursuit. But it’s called respect. People are mad and dislike him now because he had no respect for the ones who made him what he is. No viewers and he’d have not what he does now. It’s all about respect, that’s it.
Now I am foaming at the mouth for a RENOVATION collection (Gaiares, Arrow Flash, Whip Rush, Elemental Master, etc.) -- and a THUNDERFORCE collection!!! :) P.S. The only downside is that all retailers are totally sold out of this Toaplan collection now. I'd like to see companies like Limited Run and Retro-Bit do TWO print runs on select titles. The initial pre-order print-run, and then a final print run several weeks after the first run is released. The first print run always generates buzz upon release; and I have no doubt these companies could make a lot more money with a second print run.
always thought a big company like gamestop should have specialized in releasing repros like these. even custom consoles. maybe repo custom consoles like sonic themed genesis or shenmue themed dreamcast.
Hello everyone! We're happy to hear about the excitement of seeing our Toaplan Shooters Collector's Edition. I feel like calling these a "reproduction" might not be the best word choice, because that is usually reserved for physical games that were produced without the license from the rights holder, I would classify these more as reprints. Same goes for the Irem and Natsume reprints more recently as well.
What an amazing collectors item. The interviews alone makes it worth buying! I am a MASSIVE Toaplan fan, as they produced some of the best shooters ever.
I love Thunderforce IV, but in my opinion these are the best 4 shooters on the Mega Drive, which is why I ordered this collection as soon as it was announced, despite already being in possession of “the means” to play them already on my Mega SG.
Ahhh, Hellfire, Truxton....my dad got me like 10-15 acrtridges from Japan back in the days and those games were among them...Hellfire is hardcore, but still fun. The memories :)
Can't wait to get my collection pre-order this also.I give mark of classic game room big thanks, reason why I started collecting mega drive games watching his videos.
I had Hellfire and Zero Wing. Great games. I remember someone describing Hellfire as "hewn from stone" and they were right. The game is rock solid in design.
As always, really cool vid. MJ. Quick question for ya: Have you ever featured the Turbo-Grafx 16? I ask because I still have mine, and one of my all-time favorite shooters is "Blazing Lazers" - a vertical shooter which I would describe as "Truxton" on steroids. Really hard towards the end, but oh so cool! Looking forward to your next show!
