In her new book, "Jackie's Girl: My Life With the Kennedy Family," a former assistant to the first lady, Kathy McKeon, has revealed details of the 13 years she spent with the Kennedys. The new book from Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis' former assistant is shedding light on what life was like inside Camelot following President John F. Kennedy's 1963 assassination. McKeon was only 19 years old when she became the personal assistant to one of the most famous women in the world. "I dream about her all the time," McKeon said. #InsideEdition

I don't mean to be rude but what is your opinion of that new book, "Ask Not"...I just don't believe the awful things written about Jackie and the Kennedys. Not getting that book. I remember the assassination, I was 8 years old in 63.

He really was a racist. JFK refused to do anything for those black college students who weren’t allowed in white colleges and were getting beat up. He wasn’t big on stoping segregation or welfare for African Americans. When he was pushed to look good he’d send the navy to protect them or make “plans” to help people that never came through. When he died it was the president after him LBJ who really helped African Americans, by ending discrimination for housing, welfare, jobs and was always trying to make life more comfortable for them in his short time in office.
