    Helen Fisher is a research professor at Rutgers University of New Jersey. She is the world's foremost expert on marriage, sexuality and divorce from an evolutionary point of view, for which she has researched 58 societies around the globe throughout her career. She is also one of the most prestigious anthropologists in the United States and author of the essays 'Why We Love', 'Anatomy of Love' and 'The Science of Love', among others.

      I feel the same, but I think it's because she always talks about "marriage" as a final form of the relationship status which in my opinion is a conservative way of seeing it. To be honest that thing in many countries or cultures is not even happening anymore. I know it still happens mostly due to religious or tradition reasons but I tend to see less and less marriages at least in my region, because here marriage is just a paper.

      Totally. I personally found it on the Testosterone attracts Estrogen thing, for me it sounds like heteronormativity. It sounds so alien to me because I'm gay and the idea of romance being tied to the sex hormones opposites just doesn't click on my world.
