Medcircle especially Kyle, has changed my life. Kyle's willingness to be so vulnerable just so his testimonies can help someone else is truly encouraging and shows his deep inner strength.
May all who need some strength to carry on find their healing, stay safe all.

Thank you Kyle, your words are profound & eloquently put regarding inner strength. You said "when we feel our weakest often times that's when the strength is most apparent". I think far 2 often we listen 2 the trauma voice instead of acknowledging our strength. Thank you 4 giving me the insight that I have strength, & can now acknowledge it, & start anew thinking patern. Not easy, but change never is..again thanks

Thank you for this. Currently applying for a new position at my job and as I'm preparing for my interview, I've recognized that in situations where I have to sell my strengths I lack confidence in my capabilities. This was the perfect reminder to reflect more deeply on myself and respect how I've grown. I'll definitely be coming back to this video when I need to pick myself up.

Love it! I am an INTJ too - probably is why what you have to say always resonates with me. I worked as a research scientist for all of my career. There were so many of us "INTJs" in my work group - it seemed to explain how we all related to the world!

That's a good suggestion that doing things outside of your comfort zone once in awhile can help to discover hidden strengths.
A tip: to incorporate practice for your weakness & perhaps it can turn into a strength. For ex. if your weakness is stuttering when you speak, try speaking out loud when you're by yourself.

This was just what I needed, thank you. When I found your channel a year and a half ago, it saved my life & opened my eyes. I have escaped my abusive narcissistic relationship because of this channel. I am forever grateful. And so happy to continue to grow. Also, you are looking great 👌🏼

INTJ here. Def 100% agree with this.
However, having mental health issues can make it hard to decipher and see who you really are and a lot of times other people's viewpoint as far as who you are, can be skewed.
But my biggest thing i want to work on this year is authenticity. Being true to what I value despite what others may think or my own negative internal dialogue. So I know I'm an INTJ, this vid reminded me that i need to really pay more attn to what my strengths are.

I love Jordan Peteson's personality test. It's so informative! More than Meyer Briggs. And when you find a potential partner they can take the test and see your compatibility.
The other one I like is Eneagram. It was good to know my so many defects 😋 now I know in what things I have to inprove.

I think it's good to remember that even if you have a strenght, for exemple, you're good at giving advices. It's not because you're good at giving advice in general that you will NEVER mess up. And if ONCE, you don't give a good advice, it doesn't necessarily mean you're bad at giving advices.

I am an infp. All feels and sunshine that people with problems flock to for compassion and care. Great, but I am burning out. Think the late Princess Diana. I show that level of compassion.

The Myers and Briggs test is also know as the 16 personalities test. Type it in the search box and it will come up first, i am sure.

Hey Doc! I'm an istp. I started with myers briggs too. Then I discovered astrology. I recommend looking into the birth chart as well. The myers briggs, I think mostly covers the Moon sign - on a high level. If you want to dig deeper. I suggest looking into your astrological birth chart and get a reading from an astrologer. Or find Astrologers on RUclips. I have some recommendations. Just view my channel. They're all there on my playlists. That's my 2 cents. Thank you! 🙏💕

Interestingly enough I have been hearing from several of my friends and family, they are impressed with the fact that I work two and sometimes three jobs. So, I feel like If I asked them, that's probably what they'd say was my strength. Thank you for making this video. I find all of your videos helpful. I think you sound great with the invisilign on. I'm a lil jelly, I would like to get them, but can't afford them right now. Well, maybe if I take on a fourth job? 🤔 Haha! Not gonna happen. 😂

2-3 jobs! I would guess your strengths would also be: time management, organisational skills, responsible, reliable, good work ethic. It takes a lot of skills to juggle 1 job 🌻

Don't personality tests put people in boxes? 🤔

    • @wolfferoni
      @wolfferoni 2 года назад

The vast majority, yes. I used to be very into personality quizzes, especially when I was young and feeling lost. Gave me some direction and I related to a degree with my results. The only thing I might consider is the Big 5. Rather than categorising you as something, it simply tells you from 0-100 to what extent you seem to have a particular trait e.g. extroversion. Bear in mind that your results of personality quizzes will likely change over time since it's normal for people to grow and change with time. Also, you're answering questions about yourself so naturally you're going to be biased, and something as simple as how your day is going can alter how you answer questions
