It’s remarkable how our primal instincts are rewired and made to adapt by the system of fisheries regulations. From that first visceral vibe the hunter feels at encountering a 15/20lb prey item to the casual disregard of that fish because it’s off limits. I’m not a fan of all the fishing laws, but I am a fan of the sustainable fisheries we have because of them. What a blessing for you sharing your life and inspiring others. Thanks for taking us with you. I've lived in the Pompano bch. Deerfield bch. area for 53 yrs. Have to say you are living my dream. Always said to the wife when I quit working I'd love to live on a houseboat in the keys and have a small boat for fishing. When I was a child my grandparents would take me to their trailer in morehead N.C. They knew I loved to fish. Got a lot of great memories. Going to hit the subscribe love the content.

I love Mondays. I’m a food fisherman like you but I could just snorkel those cuts all day long. Your jewfish reminded me of last week at the beach. Had a baby flounder hanging with me. Dropped a shrimp to him. To little to get the hook so I wasn’t concerned. Had it almost coming out of the water for it. Went on for a bit. Thanks for my Mondays.

The steady snapper fishing / spearing for dinner close to you're house is awesome!! Up here in Estero Bay we have alot of Mangroves but most of them are on the small side usually ,, Best snapper day I had was outgoing tide with tons of bait close to the mouth of New Pass ,,, Saw something blasting the bait on top and floated a bait through nailed a keeper snapper !! Ended up getting our 3 man limit of 15 nice keeper Mangroves !! That was best snapper day for me up here In Bonita Springs we definitely don't have the consistent big keeper inshore Mangroves like u in KW!! What a great food producing fishery 💯 for you !!!

I love the way the light bounces off the mangrove beds. Straight beams of beautiful light dancing on the bottom. Some ripples of light from the surface. Need more of that!

Being from West Palm Beach and haven't been back in 40 years , knowing how the population has grown in that time. Its nice to see there are still tranquil spots like still existing. And it doesn't hurt being around the corner from your home either. This is a dream for a lot of people. Video was perfect from start to finish.

Love your vids man. You know, I'm from the south of Germany and haven't been in the ocean a lot of times, maybe like once a year when I'm on vacation. But ever since my dad told me about the time when he used to live in Gran Canaria a few decades back, living on fish and octopus that he shot himself with his harpoon this topic has been stuck in my head. So finding your channel has been one of the best things happening to me this year and I'm extremely thankful that you keep putting these out so constantly. They relax me while at the same time educating me and I wasn't able to find that in other, similar videos. So yeah, keep doing what you're doing and thanks again Aaron! :))

Wow!! I can’t get enough of these beautiful spots. We use to catch redfish in a place called Cape Haze. It’s a huge Jessie of mangos that stretch for miles across from Burnt Store Marina in Boca. Throwing spoons tight under the mangos. We dove one time here and my goodness it looked the same as here where you are. I mean just sooo much life. Many more gag groupers. Juveniles. That’s where they go to grow up. All the life does. It’s a huge nursery for them before heading out to the reefs. I’m very surprised that you don’t see anymore than you do while spear fishing these areas. Do you ever see any gags? Plenty of Jew Fish for sure. They are eating everything in their oaths that’s for sure. I have to say my brother loves watching these with us. I cast your vids onto our 70” Visio with surround sound and we watch and watch and watch your stuff. I’m the guy that takes care of my brother man. I spoke to you the other night and sent you an email. I’m very serious about maybe finding a place a lot like yours somewhere down there. We did a fence for a guy that owns a real estate company there in Key West. I often wonder if your wife may work for them. They live here in Ridge Manor Fl right now but are in the process of selling the real estate company down there in Key West. I’m going to try to talk them into maybe selling me one of their places down there sooner than later I’m hoping. I may put a large chunk of change on something down there while I can. Any suggestions would be great man. Don’t want to commercial fish at all. Just would love to eat fresh fish everyday for the rest of my life that’s for sure. I am a native Floridian brown and raised here in St. Joe Fl. It’s close to San Antonio Fl. Keep shooting those mangos and the videos ok. Really would like to see you shoot some gags. I know there are plenty around those mangos as well. Just have to look for them of course. Why are you spending so much fuel to go out spear fishing in that 60’ of water when you can hit these 8 to 15’ of water to shoot these gags. I notice you shoot mostly blacks or carbos. Is there a reason for this? I know up here in HOMOSASSA and Bayport we find these gags in anywhere from 6’ to 20’. Much less fuel and just have to keep your numbers close to your heart for sure. Thanks again and how about showing us some shallow water gags on the Gulf side of course. Thanks again for everything. Love the way you do things man.

Aaron, this video was so cool. It was exciting to watch that grouper chasing the snapper. Nice shot on the mangrove along with a reminder, keeps your hands away from their mouths. Stingray, starfish, grouper. This one had it all. Your vids are the best. Thanks again for letting us come along.

Thanks for all your videos. I fished the keys for the first time during the middle of May this year, and they were a huge inspiration (and source of how to). We had a lot of bad weather and only got a few days offshore/on the reefs, so we ended up eating a lot of amazing dinners from mangrove snapper, sheepshead, and yellow jack shot in/around the mangroves. The Keys are a really special place, and I hope to make it back soon.

Love the spearfishing clips. I'm going to Manitoba to snorkel spearfish walleyes in a wk; first time after two yrs off from covid .So stoked! Your hunting there is a lot like our freshwater hunting; fast action when it happens, with limited vis in green/ tan waters. Keep on making the most of it.

Love these vids Aaron, I deeply enjoy doing the same types of things where I’m at in FL. You should get a 2500 size reel on a ultra light fast action rod for doing this, makes it even more fun! Alittle drag action on the small mangos is a lot of fun.

I’m one of many living vicariously though you and your videos. I’m fortunate to live in Punta Gorda Florida, so I have access to mangrove “tunnels”that I enjoy on a SUP, but it’s tough to beat the Keys 😎 I’ll join others with a request of your journey that took you to living in the Keys.

Great video, I actually like the cooking segments at the end, but still great seeing the "No Agenda" take. Definitely looking forward to the video on how you got started in spearfishing, bet that was a journey! Just came back from Florida day before yesterday, caught some snapper but hit a slew of trout for the table. Friend landed a 50ish lbs. Goliath Grouper, he took a couple of pics with it and set it free. I hooked a shark and it played with me a bit then snapped my line. I absolutely love Florida fishing, up there with fishing in Alaska, which I spent six years up there in the Army.

Ive had everythin over the years from rebuilt jon boats to my current 2022 24' center console but man your vids have me really wanting a smaller boat again! Been looking at Gheenoes to rebuild so I can justify it to the wife since we JUST bought a new boat lol. Im gonna blame you when I bring one home HAHAHAHAH Super stoked for you guys making that keys dream come true. The wife and I are working on it. Hoping to be down there in the next few years but like you said, we're not trust fund babies so its a struggle. Thanks for all the great content

I love this guy for sure. Just the way he does things man. You know the small boat he has they are abundant here in Fl. Most people use them here on the rivers. But make very good trout boats if your not taking but one other with you. Very easy in and out as well. Even for a big man like myself. I just love his little makeshift steel bowl as a grill right on top of the water. Pretty bad ass if you ask me. You have got to watch this one.
