Watching James talk about the Jesko makes you realize that Koenigsegg didn't market the engineering marvels of this car properly. They just focused on breaking the record some day. James has single handedly marketed this car and how unique and fantastic this is. This is engineering art.
That's because they don't really have to. Without proper marketing like you said, their build allocation always sold out.
James even said in this video that every week people kept contacting them asking to buy one, but there's no more.
The Gemera is not even into production yet, but as far I know, there is already a new successor in the planning, and Koenigsegg dealers are already selling the allocation for the new model.

That egg is incredible. Definitely a car to add to the DDE collection. The only thing I see that could be a problem, is that it's too perfect to do any upgrades on.
That was the best thing i have ever seen DDE ever do. I was so excited but nervous for you guys at the same time. The senna is a spaceship, but that friggin vehicle is like an alien galaxy. There is nothing that compares to that magnificent beast. I love seeing you and dave having these once in a life time experiences. Thank you sooo much for letting us be able to be there with you and experience this unicorn dream in london. I look forward to the rest of the trip DDE for life!
