Beast in black is an underated heavy metal/power metal band. Absolutely love them
I just started listening to some metal the last few years. Mostly symphonic stuff. But when I listen to one beast in black song I immediately have to start a playlist of all their albums I made. The whole vibe of this band just sucks you right in, next thing I know I’m dancing all over the living room. Just love it 🤘🏼🤘🏼

I guess I am not the only one who felt that Eternal Fire is the spiritual successor of the Final Countdown.

@@bellummusica8605 What i love about Beast in Black is that so many of their songs are spiritual successors/tributes to either specific 80s songs, or 80s bands styles. I.e. Sweet True Lies is obviously a style tribute to Bon Jovi, Heart of Steel sounds a lot like Survivor, and so forth. I think a lot of their music is to bring people back to the heyday of heavy metal.
When I saw Beast in Black support Nightwish last year, my mate and I looked at each other at the start of the song, both thinking the same thing.

I heard Beast in Black for the first time in April 2022 in Lowell, Massachusetts. I was baffled on how I was so unaware of one of the best bands making music today. What an exceptionally talented group with some of the best songs I’ve heard in a very long time!
I listen to a LOT of Metal, and somehow only recently discovered Beast In Black. All I can say is OMFG their singer is EASILY the most amazing vocalist in music right now. PERIOD. The whole band is incredible, very heavy, and melodic, but the singer really stands out. Ive never heard another vocalist even come close to being this versatile. First time I heard the band, I seriously thought they had a backup female singer, a backup screamer...like a small army of vocalists. NOPE, its just the one guy. Just EPIC.

Joey has embraced aging well. Sings lower, but it's still really good for a live performance. Aging with grace. Eternal Fire is of course a homage song, just like Edguy's "Vain Glory Opera" or Freedom Call's "The Eternal Flame". Wait a sec, I just noticed Beast in Black's song is named almost the same! Weird. Must not be a coincidence.
Joey sings surprisingly well. Overall, the band sounds great. It's almost to good to actually be live. But then again, they sound great on every live video I've seen.

Vain glory is the best anthem especially since we get hansi kursch as well!! Tobias is a legend and hes still pretty young
It was openly admitted by Tobi on numerous live gigs that he has "stolen" that song from Europe :) He sometimes sang the lyrics of Final Countdown to his own song to be a little more crazy :D
