  • Anthony Chaffee emphasizes eating according to natural hunger signals, particularly on a carnivore diet, where he notes the positive feedback from eating meat versus the endless craving from addictive substances. He describes his own meal pattern of consuming water, skipping breakfast for efficiency, and enjoying a substantial meat-based meal later, highlighting how a diet rich in fatty meats curbs his hunger effectively and supports his fitness regimen.

I cooked my meat without salt and it naturally tastes salty. I was amazed. I still sometimes salt it, depending on me, but I know I don't have to for it to taste good. Especially ribs and brisket, taste naturally salty.

Dairy is not just milk. Cheese and yogurt are fermented dairy, the lactose has been eaten by the fermenting bacteria. Raw cheese is very healthy. I live in France and eat more cheese than meat 😃 and lots of yogurt, butter, cream, mascarpone. No milk.

In my experience, after being carnivore, when I'm hungry I can get by without eating if I'm not near food for an hour or 2. When I was eating carbs and sugar and got hungry it was impossible to ignore the craving/hunger.

Plase, Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet.Sorry fo i alredy posted before but i dont know what to do :
I am now over 150 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else 500-600g of COCKED meat plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss- HIT Workouts)
I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems.
I lost about 17 lbs in the first 6 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 8 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements). In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs in the last 3 weeks but might be just water.
I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor can I change my body composition.
So I would like to ask more experienced Carnivores:
1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnviroa diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat)
2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you?
3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition?
I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet.
PS: Most of my time as a CArnivre i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat.
Also, Sorry for any grammar mistake, i am Brazilian and english is not my first language.
    Thank you for your attention!.

Dr. Chaffee has addressed this in other videos on his channel as well. Hang in there and keep learning, you’ll find what works best for your body! 💪🏽💪🏽
