It's definitely in the art of war 😂 I prefer ghengis. The mongol hoard used to stay in the saddle and just cut the neck of the horse they were on and drink straight from the vein. How could anyone catch them doing that. They ate the horses that died. Imagine hundreds of thousands of men not just lifelong carnivores but from generational carnivore eating like that. No wonder he took over half the world

Was vegan for 7 years and sick for 4 years. It became 'normal' to feel sick...until it culminated in a second Diverticulitis attack which lasted 6 weeks. Lost 20lbs and looked like death. As soon as intestines healed I knew to eat meat, in fact craved it. Never felt so good. Still have a bit of a sugar addiction which is getting better. The more steak I eat the less sugar I want. It's a journey and finally understanding the value of real human food. Thank you for the information you share, it's invaluable to sugar addicts like myself. Knowledge is power ❤

Oh I had diverticulitis on the ketogenic diet and it was painful.. I started keto in 2017 and I did it for four years. Lost tons of weight went from 165 to 134, but diverticulitis was healed when I started it at the end of September 2023 after I saw intentional carnivore on Homesteadhow and I decided to try it. 76 today feeling great down to 138.8 cause I had a cheat day, but shooting for 125.

I live in Ontario & I grew up on a remote farm, off-grid & using “Regenerative Farming/Agriculture”. It was amazing & if we couldn’t grow it or raise it; we didn’t eat it! Our Topsoil was about 3-5’ deep; our neighbours’ topsoil blew away due to Mono-Cropping & no longer using it for Grazing their cattle… The “fight/plight” of Canadian Farming & Land is ridiculous in this Country💔…It breaks my heart… Keep up the Good Fight!❤🙏🏻🇨🇦❤️ Government policies have utterly destroyed our Freedoms & our ability to Farm as we see fit. Any Land over here is SO EXPENSIVE-> TORONTO PRICES!! City people bought up pristine farmland & built their mansions, turning gorgeous, beautiful land into “perfectly manicured lawns; some lawns extend 100’s of Acres!!💔 (Sorry this is so long.) @@harrycover9180 the problem with the cave painting analogy, which is true in part is that unfortunately early man was so stupid he couldn’t figure out how to make anything for millions of years with the exception of a stone tipped spear and occasional paintings of his own hand. Human intellect arose after the advent of agriculture. We then invented things like the wheel , comfortable beds and houses and no longer needed hairy sore like bodies to keep warm. Early man was a near moron . Plants gave rise to an increase in intelligence. And today humans are still evolving. We can eat just about anything natural and dominate the earth (being omnivorous.) Or if one’s constitution is too weak to consume a vegetable or piece of fruit we can just be carnivore and live on meat if we choose.

Looks right at me and says be careful of your heart and liver! Her doctor told her to stop eating meat as it was affecting her liver...thinks meat fat is going to the liver and causing fatty liver. And all that cholesterol is going to your heart. Says she eats healthy too and meanwhile still can't keep weight on. I just said yeah ok thanks for that I feel great. Europeans arnt as adapted to grain as Asian. Asian have been farming grains and been dependant for far longer. Europeans are dairy adapted and were mammoth hunters etc where as Asian are mostly dairy intolerant. (modern evolutionary theories ie the last 20k years).
Also rice paddies create 2 x more methane than cows, and rotting vege waste 4 x more. Methane is 28 x more harmful than Co2 to the environment.

Then i put it in a tray in the fridge, then cut it up into biscuits. I didn’t allow for the fat in the mince so it is a bit fatty, but it tastes fine. That is so great to hear! I'm really glad that you are doing so much better. I think I answered this question on the live yesterday, but just in case you didn't see that, colostrum has a lot of great nutrients in it but if you're already on a high fat carnivore diet you'll get everything you need in there, so it's probably overkill. I tried to avoid dairy and milk in general, just because of the amount of carbohydrates and because it can also increase inflammation. I'm pretty sure colostrum has a lot less carbs than normal milk, but I'm fairly sure it still has some so something to think about. Really glad that you're doing so well though!

Please, Allow me to ask a couple of question about the Carnivore diet .(Sorry if i already posted before but i dont know what to do):
I am now over 200 days into a Strick Carnivore diet (I only eat meat and eggs. Nothing else but 500-600g of COCKED meat(Chuck steak) plus 7-8 eggs in a day. All Divided in 2 meals) I am now 35 years old, 181cms tall, 180lbs(+-81,5kg) at +-22%BF. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week.(lift weigths to help sustain or increase muscle mass and assist fat loss- HIT Workouts)
I started the Carnivore diet to improve my body composition. I was a HEALHTY guy with NO chronic illnesses or health problems.
I lost about 17 lbs(8kg) in the first 9 weeks (Mostly water) but since then I haven't been able to change my body composition. I have now gone more than 8 weeks without registering any body changes (weight loss, decrease in BF% or measurements like waist, legs, arms and neck ).In fact i have gained 2,5 lbs(1KG between weeks 10-12, but it might be just water.
I still need to lose at least another 15lbs of fat to reach my goal of being below 15%BF. However, I don't see how the Carnivora Diet will facilitate this process. I have not experienced most of the benefits common to Carnivores (Improved sleep, more energy/disposition, etc.) nor have I changed my body composition significantly
I am now over 12 weeks with no body fat lost.
So I would like to ask a few question about the Carnivore diet:
1- How long should I extend my experience with the Carnivore diet to be able to lose the excess bodyfat I still have?(at least 15lbs of fat)
2- What is the minimum time you should maintain a Carnivora diet when it is not working for you?(how many weeks or months)
3-Is the Carnivore diet effective for those who are aldreay healthy and just need to improve body composition?
I am affraid this way of eating is too restrictive, for a healthy person, with no aditional benefit from any other whole food diet.
PS: Most of my time as a Carnivore i have not experience most Carnivore benefits or lost any body fat.
Also, Sorry for any grammar mistake, i am Brazilian and english is not my first language.
    Thank you for your attention!

Well I don't think AC is going to answer, he might be busy. I think he has some kind of community where you can get in and probably get a hold on him there, of course it means it costs money.
It is individual how "quickly" carnivore will shred fat, it might take months or even over a year until your body has healed and starts melting the fat.
I didn't have that much patience so I went with PSMF and that actually is shredding fat. Check Maria Emmerich and Dr Karl Goldkamp on YT, they have lots of info about it.

Are you "interested" in eating "enough" to not be emaciated or dead? If your answer is yes, then the answer to your question is no. 549 calories, and 42 grams of protein per day is definitely NOT anywhere close to enough. Check into a Basal Metabolic Rate calculator...free online. This will give you an estimate of the minimum that you would need just to sit on the couch and stay alive. You can add to that for higher activity levels. Better yet, get yourself a dexascan...which will tell you this plus a whole lot more. it is very inexpensive. I got mine from BodySpec.

I make pemmican. It’s simple to make but time-consuming. I recommend eye of round for the meat (because low in fat, so it will desiccate better) and tallow for the fat as the good doctor said. Have your butcher freeze the meat and slice it as thin as possible. Makes it easier to dry out. When it snaps instead of bending, it’s ready to grind. That’s the hardest part for me because I haven’t found the proper appliance-I use a blender but it’s not ideal. It used to be made by the native tribes’ women. It took a long time and elbow grease to grind it down. I welcome suggestions for an appliance. The tallow is easy to make, ask your butcher to grind fat trimmings. Just make sure not to over-render it. Pemmican is my potential prepper/survival food. Perfect for camping. Needs no refrigeration. I do add salt.

Dr. Chaffee, thanks for your video. Very informative as usual. Hope you read this one and maybe give me a small advice.
I’m in some scene your colleague, but I’m not a doctor. I am preaching keto diets for about 15 years.
I’m 46 and 20 years on different variations of keto , last five years on carnivore. I am super lean with a perfect physique. And I’m a classic hyper responder: my LDL is very high, my HDL is also high, but my triglycerides are very low.
And last week I was diagnosed arthrosclerosis, with stenosis of up to 55%!!! Which shocked me cause I was preaching low carb diets for about last decade.
For last 10 years, I was abusing steroids and just half a year off. Hope that was the firestarter of the inflammation which led to atherosclerosis, otherwise I don’t know what to do cause I don’t wanna introduce any carbs to my diet. I feel so great on carnivore.
I need some support from my medical doctor with proper views and huge experience like yours. It’s so hard to find a physician nowadays who won’t start conversation with lowering your HDL and putting your on statins.
I need to find a proper strategy for this case in order to cure and reverse this disease. Preferably without quitting carnivore.
I don’t know what I’m more confused about , the failure of my views or the risk of death 😂

You need 1+ grams of protein per body weight, then double that for fat, at least 80% of what your eating will
be fat. So if your constipated and bloated then your not eating enough fat, fat will soften your stool,
to much fat and you may get loose stool or even diarrhea, so when you reach the close to loose stool
stick to that, and then monitor your energy.

The majority of cropland in the US is already used to feed livestock. Currently the average American consumes roughly 225lbs of meat annually. Say the average person needs 2000 calories a day … that’s 730,000 calories per person annually … say the average pound of meat has 1000 calories .. that would mean an increase to 730 pounds of meat a year per person. That’s roughly a 3.25 times increase. Where exactly would all this extra land for feeding these animals come from? I could understand if we were nomads and small tribes of people but we don’t live in those times, the US population is 100’s of millions and climbing … globally billions. Maybe we should be talking about educating people on the impacts of having more than a couple kids per couple? I feel what you’re promoting if it were to take off would drive the price of meat through the ceiling, cause food/water shortages not to mention the environmental impacts. How is this a sustainable practice?
