You could just plug the Apple TV into the `philips as it doesn’t need 120htz, the only thing that needs to really go into the splitter is the consoles, also just a tip take it as you will, your Apple TV picture setting is set to 4K DV but that forced everything to be in that it needs to be on 4K SDR and them use the match content and frame rate and as soon as the Apple TV picks up a DV or HDR signal it will switch and when it is not in HDR/DV then it will be in 4K resolution but no need for HDR is the movie or game doesn’t support it, you are focimg the colours space of making everything you watch HDR.. hope this helps a little

Thanks for watching, i will definitley try that out instead cause like you said Apple tv doesnt really need 120hz. Maaaaan thanks for the help i have been struggeling to get that picture settings correct cause i HATE the color and HDR effect i get in my movies. This is why i love youtube, i myself learn new stuff from you guys. Really appreciate the input my friend you helped me alot

@@thisishazno8536sorry homie I never get notifications on anything I leave or receive, I am glad I could help out especially on the DV/HDR issue, as much of an Apple Fanboy I am Apple really need to sort that out because so many have the home screen in DV and obviously that leads to everything being forced into DV…hope it works for you better now…great channel btw keep it up and ignore the haters

Just bought the sony 95L and the HT-7000 sony sound bar with subwoofer and speakers. Currently I have my sounbar EARC connected to tv and xbox series x hooked to hdmi 1 on soundbar with all checks marked off on xbox settings, How do I implement what has been shown in this video without any degradation of video or sound when incorporating the hue sync box into my setup

Thanks for watching, sorry youtube doesnt notify me when i get new comments. With this box you will most likely not get full dolby atmos but video wise you will still get 4k when watching a movie or gaming. They have promised a new version of the sync box so maybe this june/july they will drop the 2.1 version of the sync box

Is the ezcoo switch reliable? Was the Sonos connected to the TV? I bought an ezcoo switch for my Sonos Arc was worked well the first day but then there were audio drops. Also would make weird noises when going into / out of Game Mode. I sent it back but had potential if it were more reliable.

Thanks for watching, i had it for 2 months now and it has some moments where it does not do what it supposed to do. Specially with gaming, sometimes it works well with ps5 and sometimes it doesnt. Yes it was connected to Sonos but i couldnt get Dolby atmos to be on and i know it has to do with all the buttons and switches you have to press on Ezcoo. But for now no dolby atmos when watching a movie.

There must be some cheaper alternative sync boxes and lights. Philips Hue are pretty expensive and that goes for the lights and everything else
