Kris is the greatest songwriter ever for my money. His intelligence and pathos deliver some of the greatest songs ever written.
My name is Rosemary. And I just love Kris Kristofferson. He is my very favorite. Actor and songwriter and singer I went to see him at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center and I had the BEST TIME BE OF MY Life.
My Son Chad and I had a great time being able to see Kris Kristofferson in person.
I hope Kris Kristofferson will come back again soon to the Maui Arts & Cultural Center because I would love to see him.

Kris, thanks for years of good times from first watching you as Billy the kid to all the fantastic songs you wrote and performed. Bobby McGhee is the best for me.
It must be so hard to field question after question but he does it with patience, grace and careful thought.
With Kris nothing needs to be complicated. He is everything and more of what the world needs. His songs never get dated and I know that when he shared "Me and Bobby Magee" with Janis he did it with love because it was his best song. She could only sing the truth and with Kris he would only write meaningful stories. What speaks volumes is that he eventually enjoyed a lifetime of everlasting success because everything he wrote he meant with heart and soul.I will always remember how he played "Me and Bobby Magee" to the university crowd in the night performances at popular coffee houses long before Starbucks made its debut.

Kristofferson was so far advanced in his abilities to write ...country didnt know what to do with him ..kris would have done way better outside country industry..he would have gone further in acceptance in rock n roll ..this guy was a genius..writing ..and far advanced beyond country music ..
