@@mirjamirene The urge for sexual release, with or without a partner, feels like a need. I am so much calmed, less distracted and more productive afterwards. The idea of trying to channel that energy back in, is mind blowing. It feels like there is truth to what you say, I am in no way trying to argue against you, but it feels so far out of reach.

You can choose to masturbate consciously, make Self-Love and truly enjoy, imho that is more important than no fab. To release porn during masturbation is something I 100% agree with.
@@Bakiyam-b2v It is in the way you approach masturbation. Do you approach it as a habit, a release of stress and emotions? Is it coming from frustration? Self-Love is a rich topic, as discipline. I wouldn't say 'self-control', because you're consciously using the energy instead of controlling/suppressing it or letting it control you (hence the habit/release of stress/emotions/frustration). Conscious sexuality is a big topic, as the psychology of self-love and self-confidence. Take your time to explore that.
