Hi Hemal, you can turn the sound off. It involves pressing and holding the dial/knob and a setting will come up. I can’t find a written guide but if you do a search on RUclips you will find how to do it.
Thank you so much for the great review on the pro model. My daughter wanted the duo model. I totally agree the handles on the pro are safer & make it easier to lift & transfer. $149 kinda pricey... but knowing it will be used daily & she'll be happy is worth it.

I've had my 8 quart Instant Pot for about 6 years now and love it. I can cook a little or a lot of food in it. It cooks meals much faster without all of the pots and pans cleanup. One of my favorite food items to make is homemade yogurt. I like a thicker Greek yogurt, so I strain it when done. It tastes so much better than store bought yogurt and is healthier too.

I own two Ultra models, one small and one 6 Qt. I purchased my Pro (6 qt.) over a year ago also. I have NEVER had to use wooden spoons, catchy aftermarket doodads or loads of towels to release the pressure in my Instant Pots! Why they don’t put the automatic set pressure cook feature in all models is beyond me. Now for the diffuser on this model….priceless! I can use my pot anywhere and not have to check on what’s above it. In short, if you’re looking for an Instant Pot, this model will give you the conveniences you wouldn’t know you were missing, but make using your appliance a pleasure.

Can cook in batches and freeze dishes for later. Can even reheat in IP.
Wish they would make a pro in 3qt.
More sizes, the better, but I guess the larger ones allow to batch cook.

At the time I did this review it was the only one I was aware of, perhaps newer models since then has handles now.

It’s the ONLY way to cook Artichokes. Simply pressure cook for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
Yeah I agree 🙌🏽, I’ve done the same too, I like to add a curry leaf to the water and it adds such a great flavour to the artichokes.
