Started Stint under Yellow, Still in 11th overall.
Note - Clock on dash is 1 hour fast.
1:50 - Stint begins under Yellow
16:00 - 4 Laps in and already a 3:24 - good start.
27:25 - Mark catches the 10th place overall car - the battle for 1st in B is ON…
27:55 - Bad decision by them costs them the position…
36:00 - Go for it Mark ;-) - think he did the same thing yesterday ;-)
38:25 - Traffic allows Spec Pinata to catch and pass!!
39:10 - That miata is racing us pretty hard. Hmmmm….
39:45 - Pat’s 2.8L e36 has more power than expected…
47:05 - A 3:21.99 last lap allowed him to catch Spec Pinata. Then they have a boo boo at 49:30...
1:03.04 - Fast miata holds Mark up which allows Spec Pinata to catch him again!
1:05.25 - RX-7 makes a mistake that slows SP and Mark makes a great move! But on the next straight they blow back by.
1:11.20 - FCY which became Black Flag All due to cars not slowing under yellow and going off-track at 3, narrowly missing Turn Workers!!! All Drivers out of the cars and ALL other drivers to Pit Lane for a good chewing-out by Chris. Really a close, scary situation…
1:11.35 - After 28.5 minutes, about to go back to Green…
1:13.45 - Traffic is really slowing us while SP walks away…
1:20.50 - After holding Mark up for several laps, this car finally waves him by. Thanks!!
And Mark is going for it!!
1:22.50 - Begin fastest lap of stint and of the weekend for all drivers - also his Last lap before getting called to Pit!
1:29.45 - Mark's Stint ends under Green. Great Stint with a bad long Black Flag.
Drove very hard and kept us close to Spec Pinata, who is leading at this moment.
Spec Pinata pitted one lap before us which put us in 10th overall when Mark pitted.
