This will provide you with access to an express train that will get you there in 36 minutes. Taxes do not reflect the home's actual purchase price or current market value. It is the town's assessed value. Each municipality has its own method for calculating this. Consequently, there will be a tax increase. However, the benefit is that you obtain a brand-new home in a desirable location.
