I do not own Pokemon. I wish I did, but I do not. All rights to the characters and games mentioned in the video are reserved by The Pokemon Company, GameFreak, and Nintendo.
This Espy dude seems pretty smart, not gonna lie. 👀
Makes killer videos too
I never knew Relicanth was a map, that's wild!
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one! This thing is sooo cool!
For myself I see wailord as the vessel to get through to the Regis, if I recall from memory the area where you need them was full of currents, so wailord being so big is able to navigate the strong currents and able to go to the location
Not the titanic millionaires being referenced in a Pokemon video. LMAO they should have had a Wailord 😅😂
I swear this was recorded pre-Titan incident 😩😅
1:14 so you’ve talked correctly about everything in this video I watched the whole thing already. The next thing to consider is the hieroglyphics the Regis come with. I will keep you updated and well noted if your thoughts are correct on this subject!
If you’re up for the challenge! Also, if you end up theorizing about the game please shout out my RUclips channel and My Pokemon Go account peas and carrots! 😊
Ditto
❤🎉
Bring back dive. Imagine if we got dive back and you teach a pokemon dive and you go under water, but if you dive with wailord, you go even deeper, but only with wailord.
I like how this shows how in-depth Nintendo went on creating the Regi backstory
To go more into why it may have been so difficult to get the original Regi trio, I personally like the idea people in the Pokémon world were so terrified of Regigigas, they brought the original Regis to Hoenn and made such convoluted requirements for them because of how strong Regigigas was said to be as they were the key to awakening it.
If my memory is correct, the lore behind the Regis mentioned only a single Pokémon being locked up instead of 3. If that was intentional by the development team, then it could've potentially foreshadowed their trio master a generation early. As far as the lore itself goes, it was likely harder to get the needed moves in Surf and Dive on Pokémon, let alone finding Wailord and Relicanth with any other HM moves needed, back in those days, so it would've been that much harder to reawaken Regigigas' power.
The reason u need wailord because they rely in sonar which help searching for stuff underwater
One thing that's interesting about Cryogonal being the pokemon needed for Regice, and the connections you made about it, is also in Cryogonal's design and its shiny form. It has the dots as the eyes and mouth, albeit one dot short from the regis, and its shiny form has the orange-gold dots like the "eyes" on Regice.
Objectively
Lumi spoiling the Hoenn tier list video for Hidden Power lol
At least I covered up the actual tierlist tho 😜
Wailord totally looks like a Submarine!
I think it was birdkeeper Toby but someone made a cool video about the Regis connection to the draconids and he kinda explains the Pokémon and requirements for the regi temples. Makes sense to me.
aw ty ty
On the right track. Keep up the good work.
Warlord is more pf a submarine then a ship bro 😊 . Good video i had no idea about the map on relicanth and ive been playing since red and blue came out . Crazy cool
Dude... Relicanth was already my second favorite Fish Pokémon and now I love it even more.
maybe cryogonal are shards of regice that broke off and gained their own sentience
I migrated all three gen 3 Regies from Emerald to Diamond with a DSLite in order to obtain Gigas, kinda forgot about the event one as I most certainly missed out on it & Gigas was the only one I had to catch as I already obtained the first 3 in the prior generation
Ironically I figured out the puzzle on my own as I didn’t have access to the internet much friends let alone ones that knew anything about Pokémon lore & secrets but I deciphered the brail on my own by writing down every symbol in the cave on paper & found out it corresponded to the alphabet
this is actually how I learned brail through sight thou, always seen it in some public locations in my local area & had no idea til a few years later when I was in high school that this was how blind individuals read
Back when gaming had solid mysteries IMO, feels like the only one I was able to figure out thou as most often then not I’d have help from my brothers or cousin & their plethora of gaming book or in my later years the gamefaqs & GameSpot guides even before the sites merged
The double fins make it seem like they’re related
Great video LumiosePost, I recently reread Eevee Pokedex entry and it got me wanting to see us explore it's connection to the mysteries of evolution in the Pokemon world and I definitely think it's an important part of Pokemon lore. Do you think this would ever be explored or expanded upon in future games?
Maybe! Eevee is like a second mascot!
Objectively
was this filmed before the submarine incident
Si
@@lumiosepost that’s crazy dude, like oh wow
@pep_z780 it def was an eerie coincidence
