Function keys (F1-F12) not working. how to unlock Volume,brightness, fixed.Two methods.100% working

This video shows how to fix when function keys like f1 12 f3 to f12 keys which is used to adjust brightness volume backlight not working on windows 10. There are two methods. please watch at at least 360p or above.

Anyone with a HP I followed second step, however my display was different from that of Dell. I clicked on update system and firmware. That solved my problem.
