Steve, as always, your reviews make for an excellent educational watch. I have to admit, I'm a bit old school in my fandom of cars. I still maintain that the internal combustion engine displaced electric motors a century ago for solid reasons like range and time to refuel, and I'm not convinced those reasons have been overcome yet.
The Mach-E is a well balanced vehicle. Most will admit it’s more exciting than the average EV. Price and range is critical to get buyers who are on the fence. PS. I wish all EV’s had a frunk.
I agree with you there.. good style, handling and range. Can't wait until Ford introduces some attractive incentives or is able to find a way to bring the price down
I was in Premium being used as a shuttle by my dealer when getting my Explorer serviced, and quite nice. One thing to be aware of for EVs in general. I was following a Tesla and they were likely using one pedal drive, they slow down about as fast as someone braking, but without brake lights leaving me behind them jumping on the brakes. Not sure how the Mach E works in that area.
That must have been a blast! I should be in one early next month for a week so I'm hoping to be able to have a bit more fun than usual. I'm going to have to mount a camera but I'm pretty sure that Mach E 1 pedal drive does turn on the brake light when your foot is off the accelerator

Thanks Patrick! I'm right there with you on ICE for now. Maybe with an 800km+ range it would be more attractive
The good thing is that all the issues that you touch up on can be resolved by software updates, if Ford wants.
Exactly! The 2024 model has RUclips video playback support but I don't think it's getting rolled back to previous gens right now
Hello Steve, I appreciate the review, thank you.
You're welcome!

Great review. Exciting vehicle.
Thank you!
I have the same paint in premium with extended battery
Nice! How are you liking your Mach-E so far? Any trouble with range throughout the winter?
Oh! What song @13:30?
It's Good Day by Neffex!
@@CarsWithSteve nice! Thank you🔥
