Every day millions of Chinese practice Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) to improve and maintain their health. Taijiquan can improve blood and Qi circulation, strengthen your muscles, and improve balance. Taijiquan is also a great way to relieve stress and feel great.
There were other disciples of Sun Lu Tang, and some of them transmitted as best they could the form, and content of his knowing. His directions feel so comfortably true.

When watching me play Taijiquan - is watching Taijiquan at play - that is all you need to watch - not an object.
My Tai Chi play is nothing compared to some of the Tai Chi play that I have captured via You Tube. I love to observe Tai Chi Chuan at play regardless of who the practitioner is. Thank you!

There is,only,one Sun style Taijiquan.In the Open Mind Designers IMA RUclips page you see the same form practiced by Sun Janyun,daughter of Sun Lutang and
master Liang,Shou Yu.I don't know how the late Sun Lutang was practicing it.I was not there.Besides.practice of a master of internal matial arts may vary.it's got vissitudes, according to intended fuction
