Excellent. An important video that is like an historical document of the Sun Style long form.

Thank you for sharing your fathers vision and for demonstrating great control and inner chi.

Personally, I love the sun form. It’s alignments are practical.

Reinforcing and incorporating Sun style Taiji in Xingyi and/or Baguazhang would bring about a profound fighting alchemy, both physically and mentally.

Outside of the Chen Style, I believe the Sun Style is the next closest to martial applications.

You know a martial art never really made it when mostly old ladies are the only ones doing it (just an observation)...unlike Chen or Yang...

It's worth preserving. TCA (tai chi for arthritis), a very abbreviated Sun adaption, has helped a lot of seniors experiencing health and mobility issues. I think the Chinese have explored "human potential" possibilities much longer than we have.

Sun Jianyun doing taiji isn't an old lady doing taiji, it's Sun Jianyun preserving her family's art

It's Sun Lutang's daughter in this video. Maybe if you spent some time studying instead of just trolling you'd realize Sun studied in Yang and Wu (and Bagua and Xingyi) before developing his style.
