I have compassion and it's very sad her situation. I once had to live in my truck for a month. However, if I owed the bank and the repo man came, I would except the situation. The bank doesn't F around.

Not only is it dangerous for us out there but its emotionally hard sometimes. Ive had this same scenario a few times repoing and most of the time its been ok. A few just like this. Its a hard pill to swallow when you gotta kick someone out of there car cause they cant pay it, but unfortunately fish has got to swim, birds gotta eat 😉

Im in the subprime auto finance industry (buy here pay here). From my experience, most customers who get repossessed take ownership of it. Unfortunately there is a percentage of customers who will blame you for their problems no matter how much you tried to work with them before the repossession. We had a customer recently who kept saying that we didn’t care about her and her kids since we were going to repossess the vehicle. She ended up keying the outside of the car and vandalizing the inside of the car smh.

I worked Repossessions for a few years and the best advice i can give is NEVER attempt a repo on a vehicle with a driver in the vehicle. Its dangerous and too risky. You gotta be patient and wait until the vehicle is empty. I wouldve tagged it with a gps without her knowing and went and got it the first time she left it unattended. The more experienced you get the less aggressive of a repo man you will become. Those $400 or $500 dollar repos arent worth getting stabbed, shot ,or getting your work horse fucked up by some maniac.
