Awesome talk. I can confirm that Spotify FB promotion is working. I had a track pop off after doing some ads that has 232 847 streams as of today. But I am also having 10 tracks that are not doing well. Will be talking about it in an upcoming vid.
Eric, I'm wondering your thoughts on this. There's a 90s band that released two albums and broke up. Over the years they gained an underground following. But they never went on tour. In the 2010s, they reunited to tour the US and sold out venue. What formula leads to this sort of phenomenon?
Nostalgia. People love to feel that feeling again. I wonder did they have some kind of success on a TV show with an old hit that rekindled things? The people who were superfans may only have been a million or so, but they likely gathered data on where they were and did a focused tour.

My two favourite streaming peeps. :) Interesting talk.
Thank you so much
Well done and very interesting. I got some really helpful pointers.
Excellent. I was trying to push past some of what he talks about a lot, and answer some questions I had. Thanks for watching.

Thanks pal! Looking forward to that video!
Does Pond5 accept beats with royalty-free loops from websites like Splice?
Yeah, but you need to always be careful, chop them up, and repurpose. All libraries are getting more touchy about this now.

If this Spotify rumour is true then surely they are breaking copyright law?
I don’t think it’s a rumor.
