I think that doing as much of these tasks, especially learning how to build/maintenance your own websites, is absolutely crucial! It gives you the edge, and helps you get the best work out of people you will eventually hire to take on these tasks.
As artists we need as much time as possible to create and network so delegating tasks is not only a timesaver, its life changer! Just thinking about having to write, record, mix, and master music, while creating, editing, and scheduling content again gives me anxiety. It's all possible with proper time management but that takes time to achieve too. Maybe starting out but definitely get a team that believes in the vision and can coordinate their efforts.
I totally agree and can testify to this comment, time management and persistent balance. I actually do everything you spoke on and also my album covers art work. Oh I almost forgot about the advertising, marketing and promotion as well. I can't forget about my wonderful artist and awesome human being I manage and do everything for them I do for myself you mentioned. Great and true comment 👍🦾💯

It takes time to grow in this game and everybody doesn't have the strength to endue. However, delegating will most definitely help.
