Thank you. After being sick for 4 weeks with flu and bronchitis(and not being able to breathe fully for most of it) it was wonderful to connect with my breathe and feel my body working for me and not against me as it has been! Definitely a favourite
This class moves a little slower than normal and even though its not my favorite to move slower its what I need to do, so thank you! Today my intention was to let go, let of of expectations, of criticism and judgement of myself and others and to just be at peace with what is happening now.

Absolutely loved this! Since may I've been practising yoga 5-7 times a week for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours + and I can already see a difference in my body plus I am now able to do poses I wasn't able to do previously! Before may I did it for years 1-2 times a week - what a difference its made! thank you for uploading your classes, I love all of them, especially the ashtanga ones! :)

My hamstrings had gotten tight and this helped loosen them right up. This video is going into heavy rotation!

Since the beginning of September, I add HIIT to my routine in the morning, so I have to pick videos of 20-30mn length so I can do both in one hour. This morning I have extra time so I finally could do this new one ! Really an awesome mix between strength and flexibility, thanks !!
Thank you! I'm trying to get back into a regular practice and started with this one. I'm not sure if yoga is physically or mentally better for me. My body feels worked (but not to exhaustion) and my mind is at ease. I didn't even rage at the person driving under the speed limit this morning.
