Your opening statement hit me, I have tons of games I love but have flaws. Games don't have to be perfect, but quality mechanics with a few rough edges. Game development is not supposed to be a science in my mind. It's an art, an expression from 10-1000s of developers and artists working together. This why I have fallen in love with games anywhere from Indie to AA studios. When you reach AAA status there starts to become am expectation and a base line of what needs to be in a game to make it work. This in the end turns out to be executive led and bland, uninteresting games that are safe. (I.e. The newer CODs, Battlefield 2042, what happened in BFA and shadow lands for WOW and even in Far Cry 6. At lot of focus is put into graphics for AAA studios. Sure it's impressive. But at the cost of performance and maybe even cutting off some of the market wouldn't be worth it for me. Great video by the way!

this game is the ultimate example of the "sum is grater than the parts". the review says it too, if anyway hangs around long enough.
I have the directors cut and I haven't noticed any glitches or bugs while doing my two playthroughs it might just be me but idk
