RENAULT 5 GT TURBO - Engine Rebuild 1 - Pistons & Crankshaft

We have an amazing 1988 (Phase II) Renault 5 GT Turbo. Previously owned by Ali-G our little 5 GT enjoys a quiet life with our Family. In this video Gregg (Dad) & Dave (Grandad) put the crankshaft back in as well as the Pistons including swapping the conrods from the old pistons to the new.

Vidéo sympa mais un peu courte en terme de montage moteur, tu as gardé les bielles et le vilebrequin d'origine, qu'elle cote as tu pris pour les coussinets de bielles et de vilebrequin ?
Ton montage tourne t'il sans contrainte?
J'ai pas l'impression que tu es beaucoup lubrifié..
Pour les segments as tu bien twisté a 120°?

Are u usein anythin on the bearings an piston rings an the liners they don't want goin in dry 🤔when u first turn the engine over wants to be lubricated

Indeed lots of assembly lube and also some engine oil at points. Thanks for watching and the advice. 👍
