Baby SHARK Sushi & Whole Grilled Snapper! Catch Clean Cook

- We went out hillsboro inlet, anchored up and started chumming for snapper. Not only did we catch snapper , but we caught some baby sharks called sharp nose sharks. My buddy Yames is a professional chef and he made us a delicious seafood feast from our catch. He made shark sushi, as well as whole grilled snapper on the @campchef APEX Grill.

Chef Yames is amazingly humble and talented. I was salivating....He explains his techniques, ingredients, recipes and flavors so elegantly. If it tasted half as good as it looked your senses were blown away.

I love how Cajun and gulf-coast-cuisine are becoming one and the same. I used to think Cajun was only Louisiana but I've noticed how other gulf coast geographies are adopting it as a foundation for cooking. Chef Yames and Viktor really inspire me to catch and cook here in Corpus, vital segment of this show! :) Love the respect Viktor give Chef Yames while he cooks. Love the show, guys!

Happy Day Ryan! In the islands we cooked snapper like that with the cuts but the whole fish in butter. We called it Churro. Oh my what a treat! We've always eaten shark but never raw and it s something I look forward to trying. You have wonderful friends kids and please and thank you for including us in your group of friends.

Cool cooking here a tip for mushy fish, fish as a protean as a lot of water in it, the Japanese have a method where they wrap the fish fillet it seaweed, the salt draws the water out and firms up the flesh. Nice fishing
