A Fishermans PARADISE! Catch Clean Cook (GIANT Snapper & Grouper)

- Brooks Family and I took a trip up to Panama City, Florida to fish with Josh from Heritage Excursions. We ran offshore to deep sea fish in the Gulf of Mexico. Our goal was to catch Red snapper, Grouper and porgy's! We caught our limit of Red snapper and loaded up on a variety of grouper species including gag, scamp and red grouper. It was a once in a lifetime trip and amazing experience to get the whole family offshore!

If you make short grain white rice and mix that black rice in with it (you don’t need to use a lot) it will make purple rice. It’s common in Korean cuisine.

Great family trip for sure Viktor! Captain Josh knows how to fish up here in Panama City and he is a great guy. The fisheries here in PC are amazing. You can catch fish from the piers or in the bay but we love to head off shore or even near shore and make new friends when we go out fishing. If you want an exciting fishing experience Panama City is where it is at.

Good one Victor and y'all. Fishin' looks real good there. I'm guessing partly due to the heat and warmth of the ocean keeping fish life circulating nicely and on time. I can't land much inshore in Falmouth, Cornwall recently. May was a cold month. I think this might have hurt the spawning schedule coming through winter. Just the odd mackerel and tiny hand sized rock gobies. Fingers crossed for more fish. 🌈 👍
