nick from 5 years as a powerlifter and gymbro i promise you a program is only needed for compound lifts and training splits for fatigue management i promise sticking to powerbuilding and hitting those accessories hard is way better than having 1-3 accessories. fuck all that kill each session like its your last. SOO WORTH IT !!!!
