I have used Swappa for purchases 4 different times, and each time, perfection. No problems on my side.
Could u lmk which buyer you bought from? I want to purchase a 13 pro max but I'm skeptical because of the reviews on every buyer
Been selling and buying on Swappa for years as a small independent. Not a business. I typically buy from folks with small transactions rather than the the big sellers. Don’t think I would buy any used phone or device from anybody else. Their support system is great and very quick to respond in case of an issue. Some folks got upset when they started charges for transactions but they have to support themselves too. I like that everything is checked out beforehand so there’s no chance of stolen or unpaid for products. 100% recommend!
My s21 ultra I got from swappa. No issues and I have had it for over a year now. I also bought an s22 from there. No issues.
Can i please know the seller you bought them from,I'm considering buying one
13 Pro was definitely a high point for Apple. Glad you had a good experience. I've had less than great experiences via Amazon Renewed.
AR is mostly good/great, but there really are some landmines in that forest.
@@xBINARYGODx lol that’s a great way to put it. Had good and bad experiences with it
I’m here because I bought a phone and I’m excited so I’m looking at reviews. Always I can’t help to say You’re very HANDSOME!
Bought 2 phones on Swappa and just bought a 14 Pro that's on the way. Nothing but good experiences!
I bought a 14 plus. Yesterday. I’m hope my experience is good. My 3 sisters have gotten their phones from Swappa so wanted to give it a try.
@@luv444trin Swappa is legit. Hope it goes smoothly for you. They got a solid return policy and buyer protection. The staff makes sure the phones have a clean IMEI number, not stolen, etc.
@@luv444trin any update?
I just bought an iPhone 11 that was supposed to be fully unlocked but lo and behold it was locked and the carrier couldn't do anything to unlock it. This was from a highly ranked seller on there. First and last time I buy through swappa.
who was the seller?
@@myat.7502 WCell. They sent me a return label so I might get refunded once they get it back.
What was the seller, can you use rsim to unlock it?
@@jsotela1 wcell. Verizon said it was locked to someone's account and nothing could be done.
lol just get yo money back
Mane I bought 3 phones off swappa , a Xbox and a iPad …. I never had a bad experience with swappa
any way to find out if the phone’s been repaired by a 3rd party before buying?
I’m wondering the same thing
Swappa's legit. Gotten my last 2 phones from Swappa and they've worked great. No problems
Could u lmk which buyer you bought from? I want to purchase a 13 pro max but I'm skeptical because of the reviews on every buyer
@@3Fice I just checked my purchase history and turns out I've purchased 4 phones and a smartwatch from Swappa, all from different sellers. I bought a 1+ 8 Pro back in 2020, a Pixel 5a for a friend and the smartwatch in 2021 (all from individual sellers) and then a Pixel 6a and Galaxy S21 FE for family members in 2022 from "Sellworld" and "ThePhoneStoreCo" respectively. So, yeah, whether it's individual sellers or some 3rd party business, it's all been legit. Never had any issues with any of the phones and they all came in great condition.
the lock screen wallpaper on that Samsung seems from NEPAL, celebrating Holi festival. is it safe to buy from swappa blindly though?
It was, after we celebrated my friend’s wedding. I’d inspect the pictures and description the best of your ability and make your decision from there.
I've bought and sold a few things on Swappa over the years (my first Iphone was bought there, a 5s). Fast forward to now, I'm using the m1 11" Ipad pro I bought from Swappa now to type this response, with a magic keyboard and everything.
No complaints so far.
Just curious if anyone here has bought from swappa and has had to replace their screen after a couple of months?
I’ve bought every iPhone I’ve ever owned from eBay, however I’ve had to get the screen replaced every time after a few months (likely due to it already having an extremely cheap/unverified screen replacement). Thankfully it’s been covered by the eBay coverage plan every time, however it’s an annoying process to have to go through.
I was questioning swappa but now i will be trying them out because of this vid 👌🏾✅
bought a s23ultra recently on swappa and everything was great
i'm trying to buy a s23 ultra(256gb and black) from there as well and I found one for 695.
Check whether true tone is available: if not, the screen has been replaced with a non genuine one.
Just checked, True Tone is in fact there
what should i do to get in touch with you?
because i bought a phone more than 15 days old, we never sent it and we earned our money for an iphone 13 from you on April 5, 2024

0:20 Or, four: we’re your loyal subscribers and we love your videos. 😂
You more or less did a review of the phone, not Swappa. In order to better judge if Swappa is legit, you should have purchased different devices from different brands.
So Swappa Is Legitimate ?
I’m one and 2 😂
from notifications :D
Note... Don't but from NY.
He just did and he had a perfect experience.. Soo WDYM?

Please help me i buy iphone 12 pro max at swappa and after i pay the didn't send me the receipt and they block my account or unactivate my account
I already sent email to swappa but they never reply
Did you fix?
I have purchased a few phones from Swappa and have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. They are great!
Is it necessary to pay to send me UPS or FedEx, or USPS if it is safe?
Last august I bought myself the iPhone 14 Pro Max from Swappa. It was in mint condition and came with 100% battery health! I’m so happy with my purchase!
I sold an unopened brand new 512GB iPhone 12 Pro Max on Swappa, took photos and video of the phone and the seal, and someone from NYC purchased it and sent the money via PayPal. I recorded myself putting the sealed iPhone 12 Pro Max into the box and shipped it out. Cool. Once the recipient got it, he immediately went to Swappa and said I sent him a box of rocks with no iPhone. Swappa immediately believed the jerk and sided with him. I fought with PayPal, showing them the video and photos of the sealed iPhone into the box. It took a month of dealing with it, but PayPal ended up siding with me. Ever since then, I avoid Swappa like the plague. There are too many jerks out there looking to screw people out of money.
Dang, though I've never had a bad experience with Swappa (so far), but reading that I'll make sure to do the same should I ever sell an expensive phone/tablet/laptop again. The same thing is going on throughout the toy collecting communities, and others, as well. Where people buy the item AND try to keep the money.
I mean, you can get that with selling to anyone on anything - and usually the "store" sides with the buyer. That said, I dont think this is happens that much on eBay - for better or worse (their fees are rather bs).
@@xBINARYGODx Ebay's fees are insane, compared to Swappa. Unlike Swappa, that pays you soon as you make a sale, Ebay won't pay you until the item is delivered to the buyer.
You should report the IMEI as stolen so the buyer couldnt use it after he pulled that on you.
Can you sell me a iPhone
What kind of internet you got!? 🤔😲
Bro Bro Thanks For This
I am the fourth type of person I like your videos and find value
Which is?
For Facebook, all the stuff you're mentioning at 5:45 are things you should be able to tell when you meet the seller. I sell phones all the time on Facebook, as well as buy occasionally to fix them up and resell. If you ask the proper questions and ask them to show you that the phone doesn't have icloud on it and sim unlocked, you should be safe. Want extra security? You can easily get the IMEI number and use an online IMEI checker, which can tell you immediately if the phone is blacklisted, icloud locked, or had find my iPhone turned on.

Little dissapointing they left the iphone dead. Lithium ion batteries should be charged to 50%ish then shutoff.
Doing that maintains the battery much better. Leaving it dead kills the lifespan of the battery.
@Azu10157 yup
I always love to see you made a new video
they sold me a s21+ as a backup. i never used it for 4 months. return date past. it had bootloop samsung logo problems and it would randomly restart.
