I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis since I was 18 months old and I recently was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis at 22. My mom has been telling me how important it is that I switch to an anti inflammatory diet. This video is starting to convince me! These all look so good and generally easy!

I literally laughed out loud when Jared said that he was pretty desperate. I did the anti-inflammatory diet a few years ago and that's when I discovered Tao Kae Noi seaweed "chips." People turned their nose up at my "tomato" flavoured ones but they were soooooooooo good after not having ketchup potato chips (my favourite) for more than 2 years. Also, zoodles & spaghetti squash are just a change of mindset. I don't even miss pasta when I eat that and I don't get the carb overload slump after I eat it. Heather xo

I am to follow an anti inflammatory diet due to a few diagnoses, and I'm a bit overwhelmed since my energy level is so poor. I live alone, but will need to make the effort. I have felt once I get going, my energy will likely improve, which will make a lot of this easier. It is reassuring to hear you have experienced the same. My appetite is currently so terribly poor, and I would go far too long without eating. I can't tell you how much I appreciate seeing your recipes/meal ideas. Tacos with siete tortilla wraps have been my go to for anti inflammatory diet. Burger or ground Turkey, refried beans siete has them that are anti inflammatory approved, fried peppers and onions, guacamole, and when you can have tomatoes homemade pico! Love these recipes and can’t wait to try them! Thank you for sharing your journey! It’s fun to watch others heal as well!

When you get deperate you might be shocked how good EVERYTHING tastes. I'm very proud of you 2! It is so hard to break the habit of a lifetime . Food is just so good that it's tough passing up that loaded hotdog or whatever food you crave. But i know from personal experience that it's worth the effort to feel better.

I have autoimmune and one thing I make a lot is rice, chicken cubed, coconut aminos and honey, garlic powder and green beans all cooked together as a stir fry. If you sear the chicken first in the honey/coconut aminos it taste very similar to pie wei.

Try adding frozen avocado (diced) (frozen section at Walmart) to your smoothie! It adds your healthy fat and keeps you full longer!

Look up diabetes snacks. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant last year and diabetes snacks saved me!
