  • Atletica Bodyweight is an efficient bodyweight version of my signature strength training program Atletica. It’s perfect to do anytime, anywhere as no equipment needed!
    I’ll take you through a series of full body exercises that effectively and efficiently target everything: arms, chest, back, abs, legs and glutes. I complete two rounds in this video but you can create a longer workout by repeating the series as may times as you like. I hope you enjoy it!

    This is a great workout; not too difficult but challenging. I admire your strength, and you have great symmetry. You perform your exercises using great form. I love body weight training!
