Fried turkey tails and wings are popular Ghanaian street food and also known as tsofi, pronounced "chofi".
ingredients
2 LBs Turkey tails
2 LBs turkey wings
1 tbsp all natural chicken spice mix (Original Mama Betty spice mix)
Salt to taste
1&1/2 tbsp dry chili flakes
1 tbsp chicken seasoning (substitute with 1 chicken bouillon cube)
3 small onions
1 thumb size ginger
4 cloves garlic
2 sprigs of scallions (spring onion)
1/4 olive oil for blending marinade
Avocado oil for deep frying

Honestly, I have never liked turkey wings or legs because they are too big( yes I know most people like alot of meat), and I never thought of frying turkey pieces, but like always u have made me rethink this whole turkey thing...This is one reason I subscribe to ur channel because u make everything look so delicious!

@@NanaabasKitchen I will definitely reconsider using turkey now that u have "opened" my eyes to cooking them a different way...I must say that I enjoy ur style of cooking and how u utilize basic kitchen ingredients or ingredients that are easy to access...Some cooks/chefs go overboard with using EVERY spice in creation or trying to be too innovative (squid cupcakes or rattlesnake ice cream)...Your recipes are a simple, comfortable and relaxed kind of casual family dining...Not trying to flatter u, this is simply the truth....Until next time, have a wonderful day...
