If I’m buying US made I always try to go with Wright tools but if I’m buying imports I try to stick with Tekton. Both Wright and tekton are 2 of the best IME. Great video buddy. I use tekton impacts at work every day and they are great holding up way better than my adv 3/8 stuff and the adv is only 3 months old snd my tekton stuff is at least 2 years old clearly not used as much as the 3/8 but used every day nonetheless
$350 isn't much for a set that you'll have a lifetime. Plus if you order online you get $35 back in rewards to buy more tools. Go price out an equivalent snapon set. Snap on wants $550 for a 15pc 1/2 deep socket set. No thanks. Obviously if you can find better deals in the store go for it.

Not a bad set. I was looking at this set but decided to go with the Quinn master set 10-24mm and sae up to 1 1/4 for $169 I got it with a 20 percent discount. I have the tekton 3/8 master set chrome, wrench set and 6point ratcheting wrench set I bought before everything started increasing in price. I like tekton especially their cases they're very durable but their prices have gone up so much I've started looking at other options now. The same 3/8 set use to be $125 now is $170!! Again they make good tools but they're not as budget friendly which is what they were known for.
Same, but -WOW! …that Quinn case is so heavy it really should be two interlocking cases that can be split. I took the hinge pins out and used the two halves of the case as a drawer organizer.

Did you know, that the Pittsburgh Professional regular sockets / non-impact (not the standard: Pittsburgh) from Harbor Freight are also Tekton? We use Tekton at our ranch and they are absolutely bulletproof 😊
Well, sunex is now made in China, so I'd steer clear of them. Capri or tekton are both awesome choices, but for me, capri takes the cake bu just a hair.

On the tekton sockets you can take a paint marker to fill the engraved spots with white paint so they're always visible.

These tekton impacts are still made of crv, just not chromed. So doesn't it act the same as Chrome crv instead on actual chromoly

Tekton is pretty good but I prefer Sunex for the impact sockets.
I have the 1/2 in metric chrome and abuse them as impacts and no issues going to get the impact rated 8 thru 38
