Breathe and then I was sent home. The medication seemed to have helped but then throughout the year I still felt pain on my left where the pneumonia was found. I can't afford a doctor or hospital this time so I'm here at home trying to recover. Thanks so much for your video. These asenas have helped a bit. I still don't understand much about yoga as I'm a newbie but I will keep exercising until I manage to see the doctor
I learned both.The Indian breathing techniques are far superior than their Asian Counterparts by leaps and bounds. It Has helped greatly with my "Service Related Lung Disease."!
I feel like having a hard to breath then I tried this just right now, after I follow all pose.. it's give me good breathing just after.. I will keep doing it for mu lung to become more healthy
Just an update, I got feno test done results were 95 or 91...kinda very high....took medication and now for past 2 to 3 weeks feeling fine. Not doing yoga but trying to walk regularly morning and evening and it is very helpful...when I skip the walk I feel little uneasy again...seems like asthma can be controlled with slow paced exercises
What about camel pose. In another video, a lady yoga tells about breathing from nose for 5 seconds and then exhale for 10 seconds through mouth. Damodar - Bombay
You don't know what Yoga is, what asanas are? Neither you are a doctor, nor you know human anatomy, but are misadvising anything without any research. You also don't know how to do research? You are simply teaching Asanas not Yoga. Yoga means communion of Atma & Paramatma only. Stop misusing the word Yoga.

one of the best video i am suffering from lung infection it helps a lot . Now i use inhalers very frequently . Results in one week excellent
