Well in the Super Street Fighter 2 manual (sega mega drive EU ) it’s said about him to be somehow of an ancient sorcerer of a unknown ancient time birth origin .
"Shin" means "New", or "True" which means that's "True Bison" so his true full power! I liked so much when I was a kid so that was my nickname for my first E-mail and here I am after all these years I still have it on my nick(+ my initials)

Would you do bios for alternative versions like Shadow Lady(Chun-Li) or Mech Zangief? Do they even have a back story? I like how they redesign Mech Zangief as alternative version of Zangief for SF V , I wish Shadow Lady Chun-Li would get the same treatment.

do one of m. bison's alpha 3 final boss mode/alpha 3's modes as they are my favorite modes in street fighter.
the cartoon pretty much was a sequel to the movie and ex(at least characters as there's not much story in ex.) kinda is canon since it's mentioned it's characters(at least pullum & darun from what i remember.) were given the chess pieces after 5.(seriously hope he's not brought back in 6 and it's kept to gill/kolin/urien,maybe g,f.a.n.g and if they remember him necalli.)

Since you posted this vid I’ve been playing ex2 for 3days beat the game with all characters never got to fight shin bison info online varies ther is a cheat code to fight him in bonus mode.
What were they thinking with that end credits scene when the actor is dying? Planning on recasting just seems so crass.
Sf33 ,ex, sf1 and Fei Long, tomahawk, dj, and gen, Sodom, etc needs to be reintroduced into the story. I loved the new characters when they came out. I would love to see Neo Geo BC type game with every character on it bosses and origins .. throw shen long in there too..lol

Also called S.Bison instead of M.Bison if you have the mame emulator you can found him enlisted in the system settings “character play counter” Shin Akuma including Khyber , K-7 , Arcane all three of them swap palettes of Blade character , Dee Jay and Blanka are selectable only on the console version.
And the S. Bison ending in the arcade version is Blanka’s ending (which it isn’t used in the arcade as playable character and neither where to be found in arcade version even with cheats usage)

There’s a Riki-Oh/Street Fighter crossover?
No , only unofficial street fighter more or less references in the Riki-oh franchise after the SF2 ww and ce world wide massive success .
Although the 1989 manga and Riki-oh first issue creators put it accent on a main villain Mukai (an african terminator alike who came from the future with a space ship) but after SF2 world success , all the main villains that followed in later Riki-oh franchises all of them were military dictators (red leather suit even)

It is the fourth video of yours I've watched and I'm still trying to figure out who Riu is.
Going on the Riki-oh manga 1989 route for M Bison …..theoretically he should be based on Riki-oh main character (in which he also is inspired by martial arts rogues , rambo , mad max , highlander even) at least for SF2 , Kenshiro of the Fist of the North Star is an another one , and Sonny Chiba the initial Street Fighter movies and also being the Japanese version of Bruce Lee (or at least this is how is viewed as) , although SF1 Ryu it might be based on the Karate Kid franchise (also the arcade game Karate Kid released before 1987 SF1) .
For instance SF2 Ryu is physical and aesthetically body and face looking alike the Giant Robo character anatomy (which also might be a source of inspiration for sf2 ryu) .

Dude bison 2 is far harder than shin akuma. Bison 2 is the hardest boss ever in sf series, even harder than shin akuma and gill.
Despite Street Fighter 2 the movie being bad, its hard to plan for a second movie when your Bison actor is literally about to die of cancer.

Washizaki was afraid about his family safety so because of that he collaborated with the brutal Mukai (the main villain and terminator like inspiration that came from the future) in the 1989 Riki-oh manga (source of inspiration for bison) … if that changes anything.

Hardest version of bison and hardest boss ever in street fighter series. No other bosses in sf series come close to bison 2, not even gill not even shin akuma.
Personally I disagree re your opinion on VR, I think it's here to stay this time, especially with standalone devices like the Quest 2 making it so much more affordable and vastly growing the user base.
In fact I would go one further and say that VR is going to grow in a huge way over the next few years.
Forgetting the above, for me personally VR brings a fresh take on gaming, which has been extremely stale since the PS3 era.
Instead of calling him M. Bison II, just say M. BUFFALO!!

You own Lufia?.....cool....too bad it wasnt that great...but it WAS perfectly adequate..part 2 was way better...but suffered from too many confusing puzzles....playing lufia 2 with a strategy guide makes the puzzles bearable and makes the game alot of fun...one of the few games i'm cool with cheating through...just for the harder puzzles though

Can you explain why M. Bison got fat? He wasn’t fat in the SF2 series.
Now maybe he over exaggerated with the McDonald’s menus.
And besides that , the initial designing team who created SF2 game left Capcom behind because of money problems of not giving them how much they would’ve want it to , so they moved on forward at the SNK offices and created the King of Fighters series and other SNK games .
So basically from the Alpha series and so on the series that followed had other game creators in charge of Street Fighter franchise.
Unlike Dragon Ball Gt, street fighter EX is still welcome by most of the fan base.
