Pack, Adbeel and David walk us through the tour of this MASSIVE 105'x100' Red Iron Metal Building in Texarkana, Texas which will be using for a Mechanic Shop/Workshop by our client - Tri-National, Inc.
This Texas Metal Building consists of several cool features including Flush Panel Overhead Doors, Double Pane Windows, Sky Lights, 3" Fiberglass Insulation, Steel Walk-In Door and 30' Lean-To.
In this video we discuss what we like about bolt up metal buildings AND some features standard to these type of buildings.

The issue I’ve seen over the years in the Texas area is hailstones punching through skylights like they are made of paper. Me personally I would rather have a few tempered glass fixed windows up high just under the eves so they are not a security risk but they allow in light. Perhaps not as much light but two inches of rain pouring through the skylights in your shop over the weekend isn’t good either.
Great insights James! We did notify the client of the possibilities of the skylights on the roof. We have seen them on the sides very very often and they do give great lighting!
