Pack, you hear us talk about a notch edge detail often in our videos? But, what is it? Is it helpful? We realized we needed to explain to you WHY its beneficial to you! Although ramps are a great option we often see issues that we need to help our clients fix. In this video we break down those issues our past/current clients are experiencing and further explain why they are happening and why the notch edge detail has helped!
This video is focused on RECOMMENDATIONS for your CONCRETE ON YOUR STEEL BUILDING. This is what we deem the best way to do a concrete for a metal building.
We took a different approach to this video with SketchUp. What do we think? Is it helpful? Do we do more? Do you have any feedback on how we can improve concrete? Drop it down below.

Why can’t you have both? A notch for the door and the ramp continues inside of the building which eliminates the bump of driving over the edge.
There is a hybrid method that combines Both. We are considering it for future. Our existing clients love our current method👌🏼
Don't make the ramp so long. It's that easy.
Good info. I know some customers rather have the slope to pull in smooth but some would rather make sure the door close & seal better.
Thanks for feedback! We do agree. It’s based preference. There is a hybrid available as well (: it is at an additional cost
