Inside the Fuel pump, there is a suction valve. At the engine standstill, this suction valve is opened by fuel circulation pump pressure. So the fuel oil by this low pressure about 7 bar, enters the plunger and filled along to fuel oil h.p pipe. Please see about the function of suction valve in Fuel Pump.

In Standstill period engine is on stop position so puncture valve is close the fuel rail by control air how circulate fuel in injector at that time ?
