In opening pressure test is that atomization test? I thought atomization is not good for slide type fuel valve

That’s right !
Opening Pressure Test is carried out with hydraulic oil. Not diesel.
Btw, did I mention about atomisation test?

How to adjust opening pressure if not correct

By adding pressure adjusting discs which can vary the opening pressure of fuel injector. The thickness of disc can vary from 0.5mm to 3mm. By adding or removing discs to get desired opening pressure. Thanks 😊
