What's up Audiophiles! We finally got around to seeing how this slimline DD audio subwoofer is doing. Keep in mind, this build was not at all built for the lanes, but for listening enjoyment. But we meter everything, so here goes!

Do u still have the cut sheet or have a box made like this I need one badd for my Silverado or a custom center console for a big DD 95-99 Z3 or Z4 sub woofer can y'all build me a box a glue and screw it?

Beer Man I put it beside two earthquake sub zeros the real sub zeros to and u couldn't tell a difference it was extremely impressive and they r cheap like 150$ on Amazon or cheaper I have seen probably the best shallow mount less than 200 out there
Daniel Harrell Thanks for the reply.The only shallow subs i heard are the JL TW3 a friend bought and we tried them in my truck on a old-school Bd Power Bd 1001 and they sound so good and really deep like my Punch Hx2 12's.
DD audio discontinued the model in this video about a year ago, so if we are ever again in a shallow mount situation the JL would def be our go-to. There's some amazing engineering in those TW3 and TW5 drivers
www.GPcarAudio.com the TW3's in a slot port sound amazing. I haven't had a chance to do a TW5 in a ported but they all sound good in a sealed box!

Yea is definitely sounds louder than whats going on on the dash also. with the sound coming right at your head lol
It was an interesting build, very musical. We probably could have gotten pretty weird with scores if we tuned up at 50hz lol
But Travis just wanted an overall good sounding setup.

What's up man, its the DD Audio redline/ slimline. They discontinued it unfortunately. We did this build about a year ago and just got the truck back to play with for a day.
Can u fit (3) 6.5" DD ?
craizygolf1980 we could make it work most likely if the enclosure was sealed, which will really restrict output. Theres just not enough airspace for how we would want to do it
