Obtain is the ultimate gym rat. There is no way he can last five years at this pace. If the Angels extend him, it will be long term, but only the first 3 or 4 years will be at this Level. And the Angels and fan s should understand that.
People were saying he wouldn't last more than a year doing this and then he did 3. I mean... He was already doing this for years pre-mlb. What is 5 years? I do think that like judge, ohtani will have amazing years and baseline years when he is healthy. but his baseline years are still gonna be hella amazing as a 2 way star. It is still going to be better than everyone else

You have to realize needing to sweep while also needing multiple other teams to get swept is not a great position to be in
