    Stretching my breathing muscles has been a part of my daily routine since I started freediving. It helps ease the diaphragmatic contractions and makes the big breath and the breath-hold full lungs more comfortable.
    This stretching routine takes around 15 minutes to complete.

    Warmup looks like hyperventilation

      because it is, if you feel light headed, do it slower, maybe also you can lack flexibility, in this case Inhale and exhale less
