Glad you liked it Paul. Check out my "30 days of Mount Desert Island" playlist. In December 2018 I made a video every day and I visited every town on the island as well as a lot of scenic places.
Great video. My family & I love watching all your videos. Brings back many good memories of us vacationing in bar harbor. Been there many times over the years. Disappointed we did not go this year because of the virus. Your videos are a pleasant substitute. Keep them coming. Curious if any buildings were erected on either side of Colonial pastry shop in Northeast Harbor.
Very nice town. I love libraries and usually visit when out of town if possible. Also the boat tour of the harbor appears to be something one should do while visiting
Northeast Harbor is indeed a bit pricey. Unless you were a doctor most homes there would out of reach and even for a specialist surgeon many of the homes would be impossible (multiple millions). There is at least one home there that is reported to have cost $50M+. I just checked the real estate site Zillow and there is one house listed for a piddly $725K. Everything else is over a million. There are some condos asking $3M-4M.
Excellent. We need more of these towns with pictures and locations to explore for planning trips to visit. Paul S in Cherryfield.

I am happy to be able to give you a Bar Harbor fix. I am going over to Bar Harbor again tomorrow, so look for another video tomorrow evening.

The harbor tours are worth the cost, but they can be pretty crowded. I have never taken one though since I have my own boat.
Nice looking place, but it doesn't look like the type of place that an average person could afford to live!
