Ok I need some tips I model a foxtail palm tree and I want to put the fruit brunch on the trunk/stem area I manage to put it but the material is all mess up the material, it is the same from the trunk and when I swicht it the one that I want the geomatry is all mess up it change go flat like a pancake😂 any tips?

That’s just way too many polys for a game though. How do you simplify your poly count?
What is SpeedTree? Is this part of Unreal, a plugin, or a stand-alone app? No links to it either, what is this SpeedTree your using?
