There’s one thing you didn’t mention about Selena X Subaki.
There’s actually special dialogue where Selena remarks how Caeldori is much like her grandmother Cordelia. This happens when you complete Caeldori’s paralogue with Selena as her mother, and when you unlock their supports. That just makes the pairing more canon imo.
Another interesting little change of dialogue. While not in the actual paralogue itself, more rather in the supports, Sakura and Beruka have special supports with Asugi and Mitama.
They aren't 'different', per se, more rather they actually sound like their characters when they talk with their children. Sakura stutters and Beruka is more blunt in their respective su[[prts.

that is strange because i had a convo with Odin (or Owain) and Selena (or Severa) being in the Fates universe as undercover units. she scolded him for naming her by her real name. maybe it was a joke? anyways. if they are from the future like the kids in Awakening, but traveled way more into the past, doesn't mean that Selena is her own grandmother in this case? Cordelia would be her mother.
OR, Selena is in reality the daughter of Severa (would fit the looks) and she traveled with Owains son into the past.

Interesting list. My favorite relationship, that's is actually possible and not part of a fanfiction I'm writing, is Laslow X Azura. This relationship is just heartwarming to me. It's all about two people bonding over similar passions. Let me explain.
It starts out in the C suport with Laslow finishing up his dance practice late at night and about to sneak back to camp, only to spot Azura watching him from the shadows. She tries to play it cool, but eventually admits to accidentally spying on him and then complimenting him on his skills as a dancer. Laslow thanks her, and then falls back into his usual pattern of inviting her out to tea and getting shot down because she suspects it's more than a tea date he's hoping for.
Their B support has him coming across her while singing, and he interrupts her to inquire about the dancing she was doing at the same time. This leads to the revelation that both of their mothers taught them to dance, with Laslow's mother being a professional. Azura states that he must have inherited her grace, but that he also conveys a sense of sorrow in the dance, as though he's mourning her. She then goes on to accuse him of being dishonest because when he dances in front of others, he lacks the passion she saw when he practiced alone. Laslow says it's because he gets nervous in front of others, but she says that it's a disservice to his audience to not put his full heart into the dance, because he is dancing for them. He admits that he never thought of it like that, and she says he should before leaving.
The A support follows directly after the B support, with Laslow seeking Azura out after dancing in front of an audience to see what she thought of it. Apparently he took her words to heart, because she states that his dance was so passionate she barely recognized him. She then apologizes for how harsh she was in giving that advice, and goes on to tell him about how she used to suffer from stage fright, until Queen Mikoto encouraged her to be brave on stage, so as not to waste her beautiful voice out of fear. Laslow wishes that he could have the power she does someday, and when she asks him what he means, he explains the Azura's song has a special power to inspire others. A power that his mother also had when she danced. Azura claims this to be from her pendant, not her, but Laslow isn't buying that. She then deflects into saying that if Laslow continues to dance as he did earlier then he'll have no shortage of dance partners. Laslow offers to save the last dance for her, and she is actually totally on board with this idea. The conversation ends with them vowing to be each others "inspiration" and "muse" respectively.
Finally in their S support, Laslow notices Azura spying on him during practice again and calling her out on it. Azura admits she couldn't help herself because of how mesmerizing he was, then asks him if he's in love with someone. Needless to say this question shocks him, and he asks why she thinks that. She explains that his dance had an extra sensitivity to it, as though he was thinking of someone special to him. When she follows this by offering to put in a good word for him, to which he states that she's more oblivious than she thinks, and that he clearly needs more practice in conveying emotion, because it was her he was thinking of. When she asks him to explain, he straight up states that he's in love with her, but that their different status' make it pointless. Azura then calls him the oblivious one, and points out that there aren't many people she can talk to about these things, let alone perform with, and that she doesn't care about his status, she just wants to be with him. He asks if they can perform together again and she accepts. Azura promises to sing with him in her thoughts, and Laslow vows to dance with her in his heart.
This is such a beautiful relationship, as it's built on the sharing of similar passions, and has some definite character development for both of them. Azura helps Laslow overcome one of his major hangups, his nervousness about dancing in front of others, which is one of his major personality traits from all the way back in Awakening. In the process, we learn a little of Azura's own backstory, and get to see some of her own insecurities. And in the end, their bond over their passions leads to a growing passion for each other, which they fully embrace. I absolutely love this pairing, and it is officially one of my OTP for Fire Emblem!

Very interesting choices you've got. I feel most of these relationships get overlooked and I noticed how it was the S supports that had the heaviest influence on your decision which is cool.
This was a fun video dude and the I feel the pacing was great, there was one or two audio issues but aside from that great stuff!

But Takumis best ships are Camilla and Leon. And yes, if you could make these characters gay, I'd totally do that with these two.
My favorite shipping is Silas and Female Corrin in both paths. Not only their supports convos are great with Silas trying to gain new moments with Corrin and Corrin feeling sorry that she forgot about Silas. Also, Silas abandons his nation in the birthright path because he doesn't want to fight his childhood friend and I love that is super sweet. And, for finish this up, both of them are so nice with everyone, they are ment to be together. The other one I like is Keaton x Female Corrin but it's because of having Valuria as your daughter (she needs to be protected at all costs)
Laslow/Azura is so good... + I think it’s funny how everyone in Soleil’s immediately family is talented in the arts except for her.
Also I really like Camilla/Takumi & F!Corrin/Silas cause I‘m a sucker for those really cliché tropes like tsundere and childhood friends to lovers.

I'll be honest, one of my favorite relationships in this game is between Jakob and the Female Avatar. I love their conversations to pieces! He's just so devoted to her!
I just wish he wasn't such an ass to his kid. I was all set to marry him until I found out how badly he gets on Dwyer. No Jakob you can't mentally screw up our son...that is my job as the tactician throwing kids into a war

Even though I didn't like the overall direction they took with the characters of Fates, this video reminded me of how much I loved some of them. Also, some of my favorite pairings were, Hisame and Ophelia (which I'm glad you gave an honorable mention), Arthur and Azura, and Laslow and Orochi. Also, IMO, the most cannon relationship is Odin and Laslow, and they have the best set of supports in the game.
I can see the eyes of someone who have seen all the supports.

I'm glad someone else loves Kaden and Setsuna's fun hunting dynamic. It led me to pairing them in my Birthright Playthrough!
My personal fave is Orochi x Laslow. Her mischief plays off of his flirations really well and they have great chemistry. They compliment each other and clearly have respect for each other from the C-Support, managing to combine their individual talents to do something to help everyone in their own unique way. If you haven't seen it, I reccommend you at least give it a read ^~^
Kaden and Setsuna, Kaze and Sakura, Mitama and Hisame, were some of my favorite relationships I discovered. I also loved Azura and Leo, Hinoka and Xander, Effie and Benny, which I started as a joke but actually liked, I thought Peri and Arthur was kinda cute too,
not to mention selena gets special dialougue with caeldori. she mentions that caeldori looks like her grandmother. caeldori asks if its true, and selena replies she doesnt just look like her, shes the spitting image of her in every way

This channel is super underrated.
I'm sorry but Beruka and Saizo were the number one pairing in my book, it started with them being characters bathed in blood working towards a world where they wouldn't be needed, but what really did it for me was when she followed Asugi on a mission, all the child conversations are basically the same across the board, but when Asugi got mad at her, and she just was desperately trying to understand what she had done wrong and how she was supposed to care for her son, my heart broke, there is no other pairing for Beruka, my heart couldn't take it.
My absolute favourite one is Ophelia and Soleil
Even though that they don’t have an S Support, they’re absolutely hilarious

A) Never said it was because of the sexual harassment. In fact: she never sexually harasses Ophelia in the supports, only “I’m gonna find a mirror.”
(Which refers to the saying “kiss yourself in the mirror”)
B) I found their A-Support full of potential, with Ophelia being more ok with Soleil’s flirtatious nature and starts to arrange meet-ups to get to know her.
In fact: I personally don’t think Rhajat and Soleil would make a good couple. Not only due to the fact that Soleil is very interested in people that thank her and come off as warm (which Rhajat is the complete opposite of) but Rhajat also likes it when the people she talks to are on the quiet and darker side.
Whilst in some cases opposites attract, just because the two are the only bi child units in the game does not make them suitable for a relationship.
Xdo12 I highly doubt Nintendo would be ok with letting a masturbation joke slide in their game. Whilst the intention for the joke is something you can debate, I simply believe she just wants to kiss herself in the mirror. Why in private? Because then she can only focus on herself.
And Soleil and Ophelia’s relationship develops: Ophelia becomes more comfortable around Soleil and her ways and Soleil stops annoying her as much. Soleil even apologises for her actions she displayed previously.

But why do so many people ship the two anyway? Because they’re absolutely adorable together in their A Support. So what if you don’t like it? I’m not stopping you. I’m just justifying why I DO.
My only other statement is that Nintendo DOES censor a lot of things that Japan has in Fates. Including some supports.
So I doubt that they believed it was bad as well.
Xdo12 Nah it’s ok. I can see how differently people can interpret things and I personally interpret her support to be more innocent than others. But the support is great because it makes Soleil more mature in the end.
Essentially in this case: the end results are more desirable than the means of getting them, and just because someone likes said support doesn’t mean they like it for Soleil’s harassment.

You made some pretty good choices my friend. There are a few that I don't agree with, but I think that's more because of a difference in perspective. The SetsunaxKaden, KeatonxMozu, and SelenaxSubaki were all perfect though.
in my personal opinion id say my number 1 is selena and lazlow.its SOOOOO adorable when they reach S rank.selena acts like the typical tsundere she is and lazlow is lazlow.i love it because the both of them talk about the past to eachother and how they've been through everything together.its just really sweet

Silas and Beruka is my OTP, when he proposes she cries for the first time in her life. Also she asks if once she understands happiness and sadness, if she could cry for the mentor she killed, and he says he'll hold her until her tears run dry.
Jakob and Mozu are also pretty good. He's actually nice to her, unlike how he is with everyone else.
I'm sorry, but Nowi will always still be my favorite fire emblem girl. And not even in a creepy sense, I just find her really adorable and fun to have around. Regardless, FBI, take me away! You're gonna do it anyway, so just do it.

I don’t see how Odin and Elise isn’t up here. Like she just goes along with Odins crazy like it’s nothing right off the back. She never judged him or looked down on him for it either. Their supports was just so cute and enjoyable the whole way through. Not to mention she’s perfect for being Ophelia’s mom.

Hinata and Peri's supports made me smile. I got their C Support while playing through Revelations and I really liked it and their future supports. It showed a somewhat less violent side of Peri and a little more feminine side. It also showed how kind Hinata is toward women, as he states in their C Support before they go to the market together that he can carry Peri's bags for her.

Personally, Laslow and Azura is way better than Laslow and Charlotte
First Laslow original name was Inigo but in Japan was known as Azure
Second Laslow doesn't go up to in the proposal Azura breaks her comfort zone and asks him while she also helps him learn to perform his best and break his shyness more while in front of other people
Third, their talent is very similar making them also match in that regard
So yeah I think they are the best couple in the game that you can get and the result is excellent character development
I still say Corrin and Kaden make the most adorable couple in the game! Kaden compliments the hell out of Corrin in their S rank support!

I just absolutely loved Silas X Hana, since their conversation was so sweet. It starts of by Silas and Hana competing over who loves their bestie the most (Silas loves Corrin, Hana Sakura).
They compete by sparring, and make it a regular thing.
In the A conversation they settle with draw, and conclude that they are now besties two.
Then in the S rank, Silas confesses his love, and after some discussion, Hana confesses she feels the same. As they discuss their feelings, they end up arguing of which one loves the other more, so they decide to solve that issue exactly the same as they did before - by sparring.
I get that you can’t go over the relationships a lot but you should’ve managed Selena’s support with Caeldori(?) and the special stuff after, I particularly love the line “(Maybe it skips a generation ..)”
I love relashionships! I actually went to the old video just to get that misspelling... even then i think i misspelled a misspell.
Silas and Nyx are my all-time OTP, I got them married in my first run.

I honestly didn't get Niles and Beruka. And others like these. I get they only have 4 conversations to get married, but they just didn't try for some of these. They barely have any conversation then suddenly BOOM! They're going to the different realms to find their children
tbh, I love F!Corrin x Saizo’s convos... They’re super cute and show that Saizo over time isn’t as much as a jerk as he lets off, and plus he mentions the Avatar in other convos and it’s just ooooof. i love it.

Honorable Mention: Xander x FCorrin Ah I see you found out about "Arion x Altena" It seems
For those who don't know (shame on you long time FE fans who don't know by this point) Corrin's entire story seemed HEAVILY inspired by Altena's story from the Jugdral games (FE 4: Genealogy of the Holy War and FE 5: Thracia 776) where Altena is the Older sister of Leif (The Protagonist of FE5 Thracia 776) which also makes her Seliph (FE4 "Second" Protagonist) Cousin as well! The inspiration was Travant of Thracia murdered her parents and took her as a child simply to raise her as a weapon as she had her father "Quan's" Holy Blood and so could utilize his Holy Weapon "Gáe Bolg" (The sister weapon of HIS Holy Weapon "Gungnir") she was mostly raised by Travant's son Arion who was pretty much her mentor and older brother figure! On her first mission for Travant in dealing with rebels (Thracia 776) she ran into the leader of "said rebels" her younger brother Leif and he's able to convince her of their relations, in which she back off to verify and Travant did so before she got her ass kicked by Arion if I remember when she tried to attack him (for so long and her amnesia, she believed him to be her father so this was a HUGE betryal discovering the man was the "MURDERER" of her true parents and almost Leif had she chose not to believe him and went in for the kill....or Leif was forced to kill her in Self-Defense!) before she was disarmed and imprison! Despite his loyalty to his father and Thracia (sound familiar!?!) his relationship with Altena caused him to free her and let her go! In which she was recruited by her cousin Seliph and reunited with her little brother Leif (as Thracia 776 was a Midquel game taking place years AFTER Sigurd's story of Part 1 and both before, during and abit before the final battle of Seliph story, never got why Leif couldn't be a Master Knight in Thracia 776 LOL) basically the end of Genealogy can see Altena if you have her, talk Arion out of suicide running Seliph forces in the final chapter for revenge for Travant's death (The game GREATLY implies like Arvis, Travant was leaving Thracia future to Leif as Arvis did with Seliph, unlike Arvis he never once repented or felt regret for his actions and pretty much if Seliph and Leif couldn't beat him as he gave Gungnir to Arion and told him to "fly you fool" before he faced the Cousin Princes. Then he would have continued on with his ambitions. It's funny if Leif fights him to avenge his and Altena parents, he'll mock Leif for his lack of Holy Blood to use Gáe Bolg while he's using a Silver Lance in place of Gungnir! But I headcannon Leif, and Finn faced and killed him because all three had a HUGE bone to pick with him! (Finn especially because he was a MORE expanded Cain from Shadow Dragon in dealing with being forced to flee and abandon his lieges to protect their son as Cain did for Marth as it was him making it back that Marth and Elice were made aware of their father's death, Gra betrayal and at the least getting Marth out of Altea with the Princess, Jagen, Abel, Frey and Draug Help....and Gordin just tagging along! LOL), if he lost, he knew Leif to be like Quan and knowing he'd take responsibility of Thracia, assuring his Kingdom survived past his ambition, along with his son! Best part for him is since Altena opted to elope with Arion after the War with the Cult and Loptous was finished. He potentially assured that BOTH the bloodlines of the Heir of Gáe Bolg and the Heir of Gungnir since both weapons are still with the two will be mixed if they have a child! I felt a VERY similar vibe with FCorrin and Xander support. Would have been even better if I made her a Paladin seeing how Altena and Arion are the same class basically (Surprised Xander didn't FORCE Corrin to be a Mounted unit, all the Nohr siblings are mounted LOL) but I never really was DOWN with Arion and Altena (I'm split) and I'm most ASSURELY not down for pairing Corrin with ANY of his siblings! Yeah the only BIO sibling he has is Lilith (though she would also be "Corrin's father" seeing that she was born an offshot of him as in the same way Rhea and all but Flayn/Cethleann were LITERALLY all born from Sothis Blood! It makes her akin to a clone (which makes Rhea x Byleth REAL weird if Sitri was a clone of Rhea or Sothis! Going with Rhea, that means he's LITERALLY in a relationship with a woman who would genetically be his MOTHER or such adding Rhea/Seiros is a clone of Sothis! Fantasy Biology is fun KIDDIES I swear!

Units that I wouldn’t pair up in Fates, even with the Avatar (and why):
Hinoka (I don’t feel that she NEEDS anybody. She’s a strong, independent woman who can take care of herself.)
Beruka (She is a nearly-emotionless mercenary who doesn’t desire a relationship. (Which is why I love her!) All she ever focuses on is the mission, and she’ll kill whatever you want.
Selena (In my canon, Selena is completely loyal to Beruka, not Camilla. But they can’t S-Support in Fates, so no S-Support.)
Peri (She is NOT STABLE ENOUGH. I get the feeling that she could find ONE FLAW in her lover and SLAUGHTER HIM. (Which is why I love her!))
Elise & Sakura (I will NOT GO TO JAIL.)
Flora (I think she is independent. The cold never bothered her, anyway.)
Hana (She looks like a LOLI.)
Corrin (Female) (If I had Fates, two things could happen with my Avatar: a. She could actually have black hair and be a Shadow Servant named Grill’yan. b. Female Corrin isn’t going to find true love, because in my canon, she is Grill’yan’s SLAVE.)
So yeah. Those are the units I wouldn’t pair up in Fates.
Now in HEROES, it is POSSIBLE to pair up units of the same gender! Here’s the following that involves these characters:
Beruka x Selena (Like I said, in my canon, Selena is completely loyal to Beruka, but never to Camilla. They killed Camilla, together, and ran out of Nohr as traitors. So they only have each other, now. Beruka swore she would protect Selena at ALL COSTS.)
Peri x Felicia (In Fates, I’d pair Felicia with Male Corrin. But in Heroes, Felicia loves Peri. Peri is also a traitor of Nohr, because all she cared about was KILLING PEOPLE. She eventually turned against her master, Xander. Everyone is afraid of her, but Felicia stayed with Peri and is more understanding to her than anyone else. So that’s why they’re in love.)
Female Corrin X Kagero (This is only a temporary relationship, so nothing is happening between these two, except for a warm feeling of support. In Fates, I would’ve paired Kagero up with Kaden. If Kaden comes to Heroes, Kagero is switching to him, immediately.)
I still haven’t paired Hinoka up with anyone, and I intend to keep it that way.

If I'm being honest, I like The pairing of Shura and FemCorrin as -I feel bad for the guy- it shows that he's a considerate individual who doesn't want to be a nuisance to anyone. Shame that's his only support (besides Kanna) and he was memed to death because free boots (which you get regardless).
