The metal parts come in several parts or kits so to speak. The cheapest is just metal joints, this one is half of the inner frame, but the most expensive is the full inner frame that is metal and that is around $65 to $59. The full metal inner frame is totally snug so you will have to file a few millimeters off some plastic parts, but most importantly rock solid.
hi, i like watching your videos. nice and neat work. beautiful video for me to watch. i hope you progress and succeed. i always look forward to your latest videos.
Great vid! Would you ever do a video on your highlighting style? Keen to learn more about your approach (or do you do the smaller sections first, mask, work on the larger area)
I'm planning on buying the metal parts kit and the LED set. My only question is did you need to do any modifications to the metal parts to get the led kit to fit into the Barbatos?
Amazing, I've been collecting and building Gundams MG/PG since 1990's. I have 20 plus on display all MG kits with rare Gundam conversion kits, all airbrushed and with waterslide decals. But your work is amazing, do you build only for yourself or sell built kits and/or accept commissions to supplement your income? I personally deal with 10 professional model builders who build for money, and they're all over the world. I've dealt with buying/selling built model kits for 23 years. I have another 400 plus rare plastic and resin kits from Japan, mostly the Wonder Festivals where you have to line up for a chance to get a very limited and expensive release.
I'd realized that any resin kits from SH Studio below 1/60(PG) you have to fix a lot of imperfection. And, do you have to dilute the metal primer? Any ratio?
Super cool video! I'm not very familiar with gunpla customizing. What's the reasoning behind the resin if you can customize the normal kit already? Are they different versions? Is one easier to paint? Thanks! Great video.
For kits like this where is just added panel lines yes you can do it yourself, but getting the resin kit saves you time. Most other resin kits change proportions and designs more so they're harder to recreate
I don't see much difference between the original armour and the resin, other than the resin is panel lined. Could it have been easier just to panel lined the armour to resemble the finished article?
You're right, this resin kit is mostly just extra panel line. It depends how much you value your time because it'll take some time to scribe them Vs just buying it
Looks insane, barbatos with LEDs looks very good, one of the best things you can do to your gunpla, btw what are the two swords in the end, desing looks cool.
Out of all he Barbs I've seen, I think this one is my favorite!
I think it's very smart the way you use tweezers to hold a small piece of sandpaper for sanding small areas. I'm going to start using that technique.
The fact that you still follow the classic colour but at the same time make it looks cool is awesome dude
Thanks, I usually stick with cannon colours!

Where do I buy this inner frame ??
Better than most of the bigger gunpla youtuber versions of this kit. Kudos.
Agreed the only two that stack up to it, is Studio G, and EA Gunpla, but I still like this one better because of it being anime accurate.
Hell yeah brother! Everything about this video was executed perfectly 👌 nice job!
Thank you mate 👌
Oh my GOD dude, that kit looks sick. Standing ovation man.
Jaw dropping stuff, well done, dude!!

I might do a video on what I do

Sorry may I ask, what weapon kit are you using??
Amazing kit done better, as usual. 💯👍
Nice work 👍👍

I would like to have this made if that is possible by you what would you need on my part to get this process going
What were the two swords they looked awesome
Not sure, think they're kotobukia
magnificent, Bravo!
Yo man I just wanna say your work is stunning. way too incredible

No mod at all
Can I please know what brush you use to remove the panel liner pls
What are those giant swords from? I'd love to get some
Dragon Momoko United Swords
Hey bud the 2 swords you have him holding where did they come from? Thanks
United Sword by Kotobukiya or knock-off by Dragon Momoko
Is it led kit comes with manual?

Thank you! I do commissions occasionally but it can get costly for the buyers sometimes with the amount of time needed for these gunpla kits
Well done as usual! love your work!
Where the swords come i want them👍
Did you run the Metal Primer through the airbrush? If so did you thin it? What ratio of primer to thinner did you use?
Just the standard levelling thinner
I'd realized that any resin kits from SH Studio below 1/60(PG) you have to fix a lot of imperfection.
And, do you have to dilute the metal primer? Any ratio?
Yes 1:1
@@JLGunplaUK with leveling thinner?
Doesn't have to be, normal one is fine too
What tool is that at 10:50? for cleaning up panel lines. Thank you.
Why did you remove the head of the airbrush? what does that do?
Where did you order the resin kit for barbatos
I'm just wondering. Can the Barbatos still be removed from the base stand after installing the Kosmos LED?
It's not connected to the base in any way

@@JLGunplaUK awesome work! Do you ever sell your customs? I'm sure these take so much time it's impossible to value. Haha. Such cool stuff.
People don't tend to want to pay enough for the amount of work put into them
@@JLGunplaUK absolutely. Well if you ever sell this guy let me know. Haha. Looks wonderful. Worth hundreds I'm sure.
Those two sword are the heavy unit weapon MH 03 units right?
Yep, the Dragon Momoko one not kotobukiya
Could I just ask what the difference between the two brands are ?
How do you rate the resin kit as a whole? Is it worth the extra cost or would you recommend just adding the panel lines? Sick work though.
It depends how much you value time really. Most of the details you can recreate quite easily but it takes time
@@JLGunplaUK I only ask because the clean up looked as much work as just scribing the kit anyway.
Either way. Happy to see what you do next :)

Dragon Momoko United Swords
Nice work 👍👍
