  • It is time to firm and strengthen! This 20 minute firm abs and strong glutes lower body workout is sure to bring the SPICE!
    This workout can be modified for any level! A booty band/ mini band and a dumbbell are optional for this strength workout.
    There are 3 rounds, 3 exercises in each round and we will repeat each round 3 times. We also have a challenge at the end! These exercises will target the glutes, abs, obliques, and core!

    First time using a booty band...love it. I added this to a Joe Alvarado spin & your 10 min add to any workout spin & dessert. 😁

    Been doing a lot of workouts recently both at the gym and at home. Really burning on the glutes after this one, will definitely come back to it

    Oh yeah, that burn is for real 🔥! The booty band and heavy dumbell added an amazing amount of resistance! For sure feeling stronger and firmer! Awesome workout! 🤩

    So happy the bands are back but omg ahhh my poor booty. Thank goodness no one can hear me during this workout. Thank you so much for what literally feels like kicking my butt.

    This is lit 🔥 I did everything except with the planks 😂 I’m having a little trouble getting back in my routine since I got busy with work months ago but I’m glad I was able to show up in your Home Workout videos again 😊
